Townhouse was beautiful and the views were spectacular. We saw dolphins almost every day and they came close to the bulkhead. There were Manatees in the bay and surfaced as well. Eating out on the balcony with the view was nice and relaxing. Several birds came to visit. Having the garage fit 2 SUV was a bonus. We decided to stay 2 extra days and hosts Jennifer and Ryan were very accommodating.
We loved how nice the townhouse was. We especially loved the view every morning. We saw dolphins almost every day. The beach was in walking distance right across the street. A couple of things needed fixed while we were there but a maintenance man was called and everything was fixed in a timely manner. Would love to stay there again.

The house is in a great location. Plenty of room, but one of the bathrooms is next to the kitchen so not all on suite.
Amazing, we seen manatees in the bay right out the door as soon as we got there!Plenty of room for a family of 10!Right across the street from the ocean - like 5 minute walk!
When first walked in, we saw a Big Dead Roach in middle of the floor in the kitchen. The whole house wasn't sanitized at all. We got a lot of bed bug bites. My whole family were not feeling comfortable to sleep on any of the beds with a 3 bedrooms house. Everything from bed sheets to pillows are old and smelled. The experience was unpleasure and a bit scary (of bed bugs, spiders, roaches).
We loved the townhouse and location! Saw dolphins and manatees in the bay and had a blast with the birds that kept us company all week. The townhome was very clean and provided all the amenities that we needed.
The accommodations were adequate. A few items were missing or broken, and we replaced or repaired them for our own convenience. In the kitchen, there were no bowls for mixing or storage. The number of stairs from the ground level to the top floor could be a challenge to anyone with a mobility issue and should be considered. The property was located less than a block from the Gulf of Mexico beach and was extremely nice and not densely occupied.
With the bay out the back door and the gulf just across the street, the house is in a great location. The house provided everything we needed for a very relaxing spring break with family. The area is laid back compared to St. Pete & Clearwater, which is exactly what we wanted.

Hooray! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! We love it there and love when our guests appreciate it, too!
very clean, well stocked kitchen, shower jacuzzi tub in master were great with hot water and pressure, middle upstairs bath had low pressure and lukewarm water, downstairs bath was fine. Harry at fish market next door was great and helpful with fresh fish and shrimp. Sweet Things Cafe south on Gulf Blvd has a fabulous breakfast menu PJ's, up north in Indian Rocks Beach has our favorite grouper sandwich. Dolphin watching off the balconies on the bay was the best. As well as sunsets on the gulf. Great place, nice hosts, wonderful week!
This was our 2nd time staying in these towns houses. We love that they are a short walk across the street to the beach, but on the inlet. We could fish from the dock and watch the dolphins swimming everyday.

Great place!
We had a great weekend there. The location is perfect, the townhouse is very spacious and comfortable. Great local restaurants at walking distance. The beach is about 2-3 minutes away. We couldn’t enjoy it fully, because of the tropical storm that came during our stay. But, hopefully soon we’ll rebook again.

We’re so glad that you enjoyed your stay despite the storm! We look forward to having you back!
Gorgeous place with beautiful view so close to beach! Mattresses comfortable. Owner very responsive. Clean! Loved eating at Crabby Bills, Coco Wood Grille across the street, Coconut Charlie’s on the ocean, Bubba Gumps, Sea Dog Brewing Company, Sweet Sage Cafe, and Kenny’s.

We're so glad you had a great time! Thank you for staying with us!
We had a great time, and the townhouse is really large! We are seven, and we are delighted to have toys to keep the two kids occupied. You can walk to the beach in two minutes. Previous reviews said they didn't have plates or anything, but EVERYTHING is there; all you need to do is enjoy and live at the moment. I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay!
Hard time getting key code BUT host was great to work with us. Never could get wifi to work. Fantastic location and fabulous view of bay. Would be nice to have more instructions posted. A binder of local attractions and food establishments would be nice.

Beautiful Area
This is the second time we have stayed in Redington. It is a beautiful, commercial free area. The beach is just across the street and down the road a few feet. Never a big crowd on the beach. The property is in a perfect location with the bay in the back, we saw dolphins all week. However, the property is not the cleanest and needs some major updates inside. The parking is very tight with only 2 cars in the garage. I tried to contact the manager on 2 different occasions with no response.
Location is great, layout and roominess good too. But the same repairs that were needed when we stayed a year ago are still undone. Kitchen cabinets broken, shower door broken, curtains falling down, furniture and pillows dirty, old and worn out, porch furniture old and worn out. Very little cookware. All of these issues are unchanged from over a year ago. It’s time to put back some of the profit into the place.
Sadly, we’ll never find out because we won’t be back.

Beautiful view!
It was not very clean. It was not very updates. Broken cabinets. Running toilet, toilet that rocked when sat on and the third one has hardly any water pressure. Very little hot water. Could not take 2 showers back to back with hot water. No blankets. Unfortunately it was very chilly during our stay and all there was and very little sheets. And a bedspread that smelled horrible. Pillows also looked like they were 20 years old with nasty stains and smelled horrible. The steps were so steep and so many. Our mother could barely get up. Thank god for the bed stuck in the corner of the kitchen otherwise she would have had to stay on the couch. It should have been mentioned that there were three flights of very steep and long steps. The view however was amazing. The location was great !! Right across the street from beach.
My family and I had fun during our stay. Overall the location was fine. A few things to consider addressing: Kitchen utensils need to be replaced. Our family cooked several meals during our stay and the utensils and pots and pans were less than adequate. The second-floor bathtub did not operate correctly. The shower and tub faucet are both activated when trying to take a shower. The second-floor toilet handle was broken and required continual adjustment to work. While the sunrise view is spectacular, it would be nice to have a shade on the windows to draw to reduce temperature and glare. Though not advertised in the listing, the easily accessible dock is in disrepair and should be remodeled. It is unsafe. For a listing that allows 10 occupants, only 6 washcloths and towels were provided. There should be a minimum of 10 at least. I would think 20 of each to be reasonable. There were no cleaning supplies accessible for miscellaneous spill cleanup (e.g., sand) we had to purchase a broom to clean. These are all minor issues that could enhance the stay, otherwise my family and I had a great time.
