Building
Built in 1864 and completely renovated, the building maintains all the charm of the time with its staircase and protected facade, high ceilings, wide spaces and thick walls of old brick. With only 4 floors and two apartments per floor, its wide portal and wooden stairs, worn by centuries of ups and downs, reflect the spirit of Madrid in all its essence.
And all just two blocks from the Gran Vía with the main metro connections a couple of hundred meters away and in a quiet and quiet street in the center of the capital.

Apartment
An attic full of light and space equipped with everything you may need. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with integrated kitchen under sloping beamed ceilings.

Imagine: 80 m2 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a dining room integrated in the spacious kitchen in the best area to visit Madrid.

Completely renovated in 2017, it combines all the flavor of 19th-century homes with the equipment and comfort of the 19th century; In its recovery we have kept its old wooden beams visible and used noble materials such as white painted Danish pine wood, gaining space and light. The house is dotted with numbered serigraphs of relevant Spanish authors and paintings by the artist Aimee Joaristi.


Each floor, with only two apartments, has its own Wi-Fi network powered by a 300 MB fiber optic connection, independent central heating with adjustable radiators in each space and three air conditioning splits. The temperature will be the one you choose thanks to double glazed windows and vacuum closing.

The living room
A luminous piece with several side windows and Velux type that fill the space with light; dispose of:

- LG 49-inch television and 4K definition with Internet connection and Netflix subscription (Yes; you can continue watching your favorite series).

The kitchen, with all its integrated appliances, high brightness and Silestone countertop. Its equipment is last generation so you can give free rein to the chef you have inside. You will have:

The rooms

The main room is on the lower floor with ample space and bathroom en suite. While the secondary, with its attic ceilings full of charm, is accessed through a comfortable side staircase.

- Two sets of pillows of different hardness to choose the one you like best.

The bathrooms
We have kept them small but comfortable and perfectly equipped. With independent hot water for each apartment, the two bathrooms have adjustable showers with glass screens and granite slabs with hydraulic slab floors.
In the main room, you will have your bathroom en suite and a large dressing room with closets and drawers.
Of course, it has towels, shampoo, gel ... You will not need to bring too much from home and thus allocate your luggage to what you like to wear.
