Two double bedrooms, a nice lounge and a perfect kitchen equipped with every comfort. Romantic terrace over the roofs of Florence, ideal for spring / summer dinners.
An absolutely gorgeous apartment in the center of the best neighborhood of Florence. The brand new design furniture and beautiful fixtures make this a wonderful, comfortable apartment to enjoy our fantastic city of Florence!

Located in the fabulous, unspoiled artisanal quarter, you can experience a true taste of Florentine life. Surrounded by great local restaurants, art studios, individual shops, vintage shops, fresh grocery stores and organic shops, daily and weekly markets.

The Holy Spirit Square is a couple of minutes stroll, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, with pavement cafes, lively bars, and inexpensive and excellent restaurants. Here is a thriving and ecstatic community of locals, artists, expats and a friendly and happy Vibe.
The other side of the river - the North side, is far more touristy and more expensive while this unspoiled authentic neighborhood is the 'real' Florence and a truly beautiful experience (we live this side too!). A wonderful retreat in the heart of the renaissance!

Get away from the crowds in peaceful appartment

Pros quiet Lots of room light and sunny Small terrace New bathroom and great shower dishwasher lavanderia closeby so can dry cloths great neighborhood Cons one room kind of funky open at top, sliding door No place to hang cloths in the bedroom, outside it’s possible wifi signal in bedroom very weak No smart tv Church bells start ringing at 7:30 am Would stay there again

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

My sister and I stayed here three nights and just loved the apartment and the location. The living room is so bright and cheery and was a great spot for a little downtime when we came in from our many walks around Florence. Location is just great in a neighborhood with many great options for food and drink and coffee. We just loved it and Viviana was a wonderful resource for us. This will be my first choice of accomodation if I'm fortunate enough to return to Florence.

Spacious and great location

Loved our stay in this property - it has plenty of room for our family of 4, especially appreciated having a little outdoor terrace as well. Was really nice to escape the craziness of the historic centre with the relative quiet of the Oltrarno neighbourhood, but still close to everything and lots of amenities close by. Both Valentina and Viviana, who met us, were very helpful. Only suggestion would be to have shampoo and conditioner available, or let us know in advance that there wasn't any. Please note, it is in a one floor walk up, with no elevator ( at least we didn't see one?) - not hard, but be aware it that might be in issue for you carrying luggage). The place was clean and tidy, althought the outdoor terrace could have used a little extra clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay - and I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

11 Night Stay

My friend and I enjoyed the apartment and location for an easy walk to the center of Florence. Apartment was spacious. There were a couple of chilly nights and it would have been nice for the heat to kick in a little sooner. Also there was a lot of wind a couple of times so sitting in the kitchen was cool as there is a draft by the kitchen door that could be fixed with some grout or cement. No major complaints. And our host gave us info for Florence and explained the apartment furnishings etc. I personally would like one large coffee maker, but I know it is not the Italian style.

Wonderful stay in Firenze

Lovely apartment with everything we could have wanted. Clean, comfortable and spacious in a great area, away from the crowds but a short walk to everything. Local restaurants were good, including the one opposite. Great Swedish bakery, two supermarkets near by, good Panificio and easy to head out for aperitivo.
