The Holy Spirit Square is a couple of minutes stroll, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, with pavement cafes, lively bars, and inexpensive and excellent restaurants. Here is a thriving and ecstatic community of locals, artists, expats and a friendly and happy Vibe.

NATIONAL LEGISLATION

In accordance with national laws, all guests must issue a copy of their passport or identity card.
Before the arrival is required the sending of the copy of the documents of any person who will be at home (including infants).
The host has the obligation to record the data of their guests and to communicate them to the Questura of Florence.

In addition, the national law provides for less than 30 days to make a short lease contract with guest at check-in; these contracts must not be registered.

TAX

Florence city council imposed to 'tax', of 3 euros) to mandatory resort fees for nights. The amount for this apartment is per person per night. The tax is payable on arrival at your apartment in cash.
