Hosting seven bedrooms; two super king-size with en-suite, three super king-size, a room with two doubles and two triple bunk rooms, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to twenty people. Inside you will also find a shower room, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, utility, sitting room with an open fire, a second sitting room, snug, sun room and a games room. To the outside is ample parking and an enclosed garden with a raised terrace and patio with furniture and fire pit. Situated in a delightful location with much to see in the local area, Bryn Derwen is a charming cottage in a heart warming part of Wales.
Amenities: Eco central heating with wood burner. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample parking. Enclosed garden with raised terrace and patio with furniture, hot tub, fire pit private heated outdoor swimming pool and Sauna. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 15 mins and pub 15 mins walk. Please note: Due to the location of the property, a car is highly recommended. Please note: This property does not accept hen, stag or similar. 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots will be in the property. Guests will need to bring their own cot linen and mattresses. Note: Sorry, this property cannot accept a Saturday or Sunday check-in. Please note - Strictly no fireworks
