Highly recommended villa. All good sized rooms and a beautiful pool and garden area. We really enjoyed our stay, and Marian and Cok where very welcoming and friendly. We would say it is in a great location, but you do need a car which we knew beforehand. We had our own cars so no problem at. Many thanks

Beautiful and well equipped villa.

This villa is simply wonderful. Well laid out with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and superb pool. Although a little out of town the bus stop is a short 10 minute walk away and the No 10 bus offers a great service. We would certainly stay here again!

Fabulous Villa!

Lovely villa in a great location. Was very clean and in good keeping. Marian was on hand if we needed anything and greeted us at the villa when we arrived. You will need a car to get about (if that's what you intend) but the Supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive as is the local beach. You can get to Benidorm in 20 minutes and visit Levante beach, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica. Overall was a great stay and we will probably be back again.

Peaceful, relaxing stay.

Lovely villa in a quiet residential village, close to all amenities and 5min drive to Altea, a beautiful coastal town. 25min further to Calpe with gorgeous sandy beach. Benidorm is 10mins in opposite direction. Villa had everything you need but could benefit from a garden lounge furniture set and egg chairs or swing. Marian is a lovely person, good communicator and contactable if needed. Highly recommend this villa.

Lovely garden Villa

Lovely beautiful walled gardern Villa great for our four legged fur baby, everythiing you needed and more in the cupboards, very spacious living/dining and kitchen rooms. Living room has TV with a few English speaking channels, and a large dining table... there are 2 bedrooms on-suite with modern bathrooms... 1 bedroom with the bathroom just across the hall. There is a Large terrace where you could have outside dining. Swimming pool was great very clean and a reasonable size and lots of space around for sun loungers. Villa was in walking distance of both Alfaz and Albir, if you wanted to go into the centre of Benidorm you would need transport.. we had a fantastic stay and Marian was very welcoming and told us everything we needed to know... will definately be booking again.

Thanks for your review. When you had read the advert correct, you had known this. Because you reinstalled te Television program, the TV man had to come to install everything again. We only ask you 25 euro for this. You told us that you will pay it by bank transfer. We still dont have it.

Heerlijke vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze mooie villa, mooie rustige omgeving en een heerlijk zwembad helemaal voor je zelf. Ik het huis zijn er wel wat puntjes die aangepakt mogen worden, diverse lampen bij het zwembad en terras deden het niet en de ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn helemaal doorgelegen dus die zouden wel vervangen mogen worden. Ik heb de puntjes aangegeven bij Cor en hij zou ze aanpakken. Maar desalniettemin echt wel een aanrader

Hallo Sander, Bedankt voor het doorgeven van de lampen bij het zwembad, in de villa ligt een aardige voorraad lampen, dus gelijk vervangen. De terras lampen doen het gewoon. ik denk dat er een lampje een beetje los was gedraaid. De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn 1 jaar oud, dus nu al vervangen!!!. Maar we zullen ze in de gaten houden. Wij hopen jullie nogmaals te mogen begroeten.

Leuk en ontspannen verblijf gehad

Mooie ruime villa wel gedateerde meubels. Het zwembad, de ruimte om het zwembad en de ligbedden incl. ligkussens zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Hele rustige buurt en alles dichtbij.

Beste Moulhim, De inrichting heeft U op de foto's kunnen zien en daar staan nog de echte oude stoelen op. Deze zijn vervangen door 4 mooie fauteuils. Inrichting is verder persoonlijk. Mocht U van modern houden, dan voldoet helaas deze villa daar niet aan. De 4 zwarte ligbedden bij het zwembad, zijn afgelopen juni gekocht, dus niet echt aan vervanging toe lijkt ons. De kussens voor de ligbedden, heeft U gelijk in, ze zijn pas een jaar oud, maar die zijn zeker aan vervanging toe en zijn ook reeds vervangen. Ook worden er 4 nieuwe stoelen gekocht voor op het terras, die hebben ook hun langste tijd gehad vinden wij zelf. Wij hopen U in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen.

El alojamiento es muy tranquilo sin ruidos ni trafico de vehículos molestos. Bien equipado y climatizado.. Buena limpieza. El jardín está un poco descuidado y es una pena porque estéticamente, desmerece un poco. Mariam muy amable. Recomendable.

Winter in Alfaz del Pi

It´s a very nice house with all things you need for a nice vaction. Of course it´s different to stay during the wintermonth than in the summer. It´s a very quite place and the garden is typical spanish. You feel really relaxed to be and live in this property. And we loved the poolarea.

Beautiful villa and host 5 star

A great, well cared for property with beautiful garden and surroundings. Ideal location for a quiet family getaway. We were met by the host on arrival and provided everything we needed to know (including a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture). Nice quiet location but you would need a car even though Alfas is a short walk away where you will find bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a family emergency during our stay and the host's help and understanding was first class. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Villa!

This property is beautiful, spacious and just what we hoped for. Everywhere was clean and linens, towels etc, all readily available. The pool was a good size with plenty of lovely gardens to enjoy. Supermarket was minutes away in a car and with 2 fridge/freezers to stock up, kept visits to a minimum. We have family in L’Alfas so this property was in perfect location. Unfortunately due to enforced UK quarantine rules we had to cut short our holiday by a week but we would definitely stay in this property again.

Beautiful Villa, lovely relaxing holiday

Couldn't fault this amazing villa. Lovely gardens and outside seating areas, fantastic pool and all mod cons inside although we didn't spend a lot of time indoors! Marianne was there to welcome us and there was a chilled bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us which was a nice touch. We chose not to hire a car as we wanted a chilled holiday, and supermarkets were 20 minutes walk which was fine for us, and the beach resort was about 30 minutes where there were lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely recommend!
