From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a paver driveway and your own 6-passenger golf cart—ready to take you to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and beyond. Inside, the home opens to a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together—creating the perfect setting for gathering after a day in the sun. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a gas range, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The living area offers cozy furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa and a 53” Flat screen TV, DVD & Sound Bar.

Just off the living area, a screened patio extends your living space outdoors, leading to an outdoor patio complete with a propane grill—ideal for relaxed evenings and al fresco dining.

Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four well-appointed bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room. The king primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a private en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and double vanity. A bunk room and an additional full bathroom are also located on the first floor, along with a full-size laundry room for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and private en suite bathroom, and another with two twin beds—along with an additional full bathroom and a separate loft living space. The upstairs loft offers a 48” flat screen TV and DVD player, creating a second area to relax, unwind, or enjoy a movie night.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, you will lose all funds paid unless you purchased Traveler’s Insurance.
