This immaculate newly remodeled two bedroom home with a view of the Santa Rita mountains is conveniently located near shopping, hiking, restaurants and golfing. It is newly remodeled with granite counters, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances. Furnished very comfortably, features include wood floors in the living and dining room and tile floors in a sunny Arizona room. The carpeted master bedroom has a memory foam King bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower. The sofa in the Arizona room also makes into a bed for company. A spacious laundry/craft room provides a space for hobbies. There is a high definition TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom as well. An attached garage provides lots of storage room. The back patio features a dining set for 6 and a grill.

Cozy and Comfortable

We were very comfortable. Everything worked as it was supposed to. It was clean and there was room in the pantry for our groceries. Nice swing in the back yard. Living room furniture very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We really like the split bedroom floor plan. Cheerful yellow kitchen. Easy walking to East Abrego Social Center.

Property owner is a scam artist! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

We checked in without the property owner present. (That is a mistake that I will not make again.) House has not been used for a few months so there was a layer of dust/grime throughout the house. Microwave was layered with food splatter. We cleaned the house and noticed a stain on the stove top, but did not mention to the owner. When we checked out, the owner claimed we damaged the stove (which we did not even use!). We are now disputing this fraudulent charge. This experience ruined our trip and wish we never rented this place.

Everything went smoothly with this renter until after they checked out and I had my caretaker do a check of the property. I talked to them on check in day and numerous times throughout their stay and everything was fine and cordial. After their departure, the cleaning lady discovered a pan left sitting on the stove that was covering a large white ring which she could not remove. I contacted the renter to determine the cause to help us to get it off. He at first denied using the stove and later said it was his wife. Then he changed his story to say the pan and stain were already there. I double checked with the caretakers to make sure of the condition of the home before their arrival. They assured me no pan had been on the stove and the home was clean including the microwave. After several attempts to clean the stove, we were left with some permanent damage. I charged them $75 of their damage deposit for the cleaning fees.

Comfortable and great location.

This home has all the amenities you could ask for, is nicely decorated and is comfortable. Choices for shopping and dining are very close by. The property manager, Shirley, was very accessible and met any needs we had.

Excellent Home

A comfortable and clean home with a great backyard for relaxing. Close (but not to close) to the shopping center. I plan on renting again!
