This apartment is part of a new development in Central Ulverston. This stunning Victorian building was originally a temperance hotel and theatre but was developed into eight luxury apartments in 2015. The location is ideal to the town center with cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets just a few minutes walk away.. it is 7 mins walk from Ulverston train station. There is on street parking and also unlimited free parking only 2 mins walk to the property.

Heritage on the outside, new on the inside

Our group of four was very comfortable in this apartment and enjoyed our stay in Ulverston! We loved staying in an interesting heritage building but with modern living facilities. It had everything that we needed for 4-5 days and is in a great location. Our host was also very understanding about a date mix by ourselves, thanks!! One note - on street parking is only for one hour during the daytime Mon to Sat.....

Modern, newly refurbished flat in a prime place in Ulverston! Couldn't of been happier in the flat whilst visiting Ulverston to see family. Slept fabulously, and was able to make myself at home very quickly thanks to the interior decor, cleanliness and facilities within the flat, which is very important to me. The owner was extremely helpful and proactive in answering any queries about the local restaurants or anything other questions I had throughout my stay! I would recommend this flat to anyone looking for a very clean, quiet place to stay in the Lakes! 5*!
