NIce, well appointed apartment in Lake District with very considerate hosts.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location of the town where you can walk to almost everything. We drove to nearby lakes and took a day long trip using "Freedom Pass" that allows you to hop on and hop off at different places on the lake. Ros and Tom are very attentive hosts and they have thought of all things a guest would need. I plan to come back again. -Atul

Immaculate apartment on the edge of the Lake District

Three of us stayed here for one night on the occasion of a local family wedding. From the very first email enquiry, Ros replied promptly, helpfully and fully. Information provided in advance was plentiful and accurate. On arrival, Ros met us, helped us unload the car and ensured we were happy with the security arrangements etc. The apartment was even better than the photos suggested. From the smooth cotton bedding to the Denby crockery, coffee maker to bathroom toiletries, everything was of the best quality and finish, as well as being spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was extremely welcome after our 3 hour drive and was generous enough to provide a lunchtime snack and breakfast the following morning. Ulverston on a Saturday night is always going to be noisy and we did hear passing traffic and the occasional rowdy pedestrians but the quality and level of comfort provided by the apartment outweighed these negative points. If there's no parking on the street, there are alternative free options not far away. Overall, highly recommended for a short or long stay in Ulverston. Thank you Ros.
