Mercadona supermarket 500 meters and Carrefour hypermarket 800 meters. Urbanization of large villas very quiet in the center of town with large green areas and almost no traffic. Great family villa in a quiet area

Beautifully clean property. It suited our family well, with all the space we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids (13,11 & 3). The pool was great for the kids, a little chilly but it had rained quite a bit the week before we arrived so it couldn't be helped. The villa is in a quiet area about a 25 minute walk down to the bars and restaurants on the sea front. The owners were great with their communications. We can't fault it, it is and does exactly as described. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Villa in Florida Torrevieja

The outside space at this villa is excellent with large pool. The pool have 3 steps at the shallow end after the steps the pool goes from 0.8M to 1.8M depth and about 4m long. 2 seating areas and table at the front of the villa under cover and sun in the morning. Seating area at the rear for the evening sun and has adjustable cover. Around the villa the garden is very large with areas of flat tiles and grass. Included is a built in barbecue and anoutside toilet and handbasin.

Fantastic Villa

The villa, pool, and property manager were all brilliant. The villa is large with lovely bedrooms, an amazing large outside space with plenty of places to find shade. The property managers went over and above to get the villa ready for us before the check in time as we had an early flight and once we got to the villa we found they had left drinking water in the fridge for us, and even washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toiletries, laundry liquid and spare towels. The area was nice and quiet for us with a couple of bars a 10/15min walk away. Town was a 30 min walk down a purpose made path and supermarkets a short 4 minute drive. Lovely place, highly recommended, hope to return soon!

Beautiful villa in quite location.

So glad we found this Villa on Vrbo. Lovely quiet location with numerous bars, restaurants and supermarket within 10 minutes walk. Villa has everything you need and was spotless on arrival. Lovely seating area at front of villa for the morning sun and a dining table for breakfast. Barbecue area at side with sink and outdoor sockets. Lovely garden at rear with enclosed swimming pool. We were a bit concerned about the pool being to cold as it's still early in the year, but it was definitely warm enough. Outhouse with toilet, basin, washing machine and fridge next to pool. Excellent holiday all round and if we return to Torrevieja again, we will definitely try to book this Villa again. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Absolutely 5 stars.

Voor 6 personen was er weinig het huis is oud en ruikt muf de stoelen bij het zwembad zijn ook heel oud als je er op wil gaan zitten krijg je splinters in je kleding of lijf het kan wel een vernieuwing gebruiken

I'm sorry your experience wasn't satisfactory, but I need to clarify a few things. First, the house's advertisement clearly states that it has 3 toilets, 3 sinks, and 1 shower (there are also photos). Second, the house was completely renovated in 2013 and doesn't smell damp at all. All rooms have windows overlooking the garden. Finally, there were indeed two chairs in the pool area whose wood was in poor condition. We've taken your comment into account: we've already removed them and purchased two new ones. But you don't mention the condition of the rest of the furniture, both indoors and outdoors. Thank you.

Lovely villa in a great location

Wow this villa was perfect. Plenty of outside space. Inside was lovely and clean. The pool is fenced off so perfect for keeping our 2 & 6 year old safe. The villa is modern with a traditional feel and has been renovated beautifully and the attention to detail is really good. The owners were very helpful. The villa is 5 minutes walk to over 10 restaurants/cafes, a supermarket and shops. 5 minute drive in to torrevieja centre. We will be booking to stay here again in the future.

Una casa ideal

Hemos estado 2 familias con niños pequeños y de mediana edad y han estado fenomenal, la parte de fuera es ideal para ellos, se lo han pasado en grande, y los adultos hemos disfrutado mucho también, con las estancias de fuera y la barbacoa. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo que puedes necesitar, toallas, sábanas, toda la cocina muy bien equipada y los dueños súper atentos, repetiremos seguro!!

Excellent property and first class owners

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in this property. The property was very clean and well managed both inside and out and the owners provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Great vacation in a beautiful house.

We had a great time in Antonio’s house. He is a super friendly host. The house was perfect for us 6. It was well equipped and had everything you need for vacation. Perfecta

La casa es sencillamente perfecta. El interior es amplio y con una decoración muy bonita. Pero para mi lo mejor es el exterior que es donde hemos pasado la mayor parte del tiempo. Hay un montón de espacios, los sofás y la mesa de la parte de delante, la barbacoa, la piscina, que es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, y el amplio jardín. Estupenda para adultos y también para los niños, que tienen mucho espacio para jugar. Además está equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Muchas gracias por el detalle que tuvisteis con nosotros. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar y para volver.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Silvia et Antonio, le chalet est très bien entretenu, conforme à la description. L'environnement est très calme, proche de toutes les facilités (supermarché à moins d'un km, restaurants). L'accueil de Silvia qui parle très bien français était très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Lovely holiday villa in Torrevieja

We have stayed in this beautiful house with our 3 year old daughter. The house is all one level and therefor very convenient for families with young children. The house was very clean and well equipped with towels, kitchen appliances and even toys for our daughter. The swimming pool has a vence which makes it safe for small children. The house looks much prettier than on the pictures. We had a fantastic two week holiday and we might consider returning there. Nice and quiet environment, but still close enough to restaurants and supermarkets. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful.

Es una bonita casa en una zona tranquila. Muy bien equipada y acogedora. La piscina es grande, así como el terreno y las terrazas. El propietario es muy amable y atento. En resumen, unas buenas vacaciones.
