We were rained out the 2nd day. Our room was close enough to everything we could walk to.The bed was the best and having the sitting room was great for the rain day.
Stayed for two nights to run and enjoy the amazing time of The Cooper River Bridge Run. Nice property, clean and very centrally located. Would stay again.
Close to everything - walking distance to all our favorites sites. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Large interior courtyard with multiple tables/chairs.
When checking in, we were informed there was a "leak" in the room we had reserved (2-double beds). The only option for us to have was a room with a queen bed and pull out couch. The room was directly above the High Cotton bar and the music carried into the room until 11:00pm. Normally not an issue, but when your up at 5am to run a race, not ideal. Of course, this was during the Copper River run weekend so nothing else was available anywhere close by. The front desk wasn't very hospitable with the whole situation. We heard from them multiple times, you booked this through VRBO, we cannot do anything else for you. The property owner George was quick to respond to the situation and did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would not stay at this site again, but would engage George for his other properties.
Perfect location, clean, very functional. Our room was by air-handling equipment, so the balcony was useless, but of course not every room is like that. Otherwise, it was spacious, good coffee maker and refrigerator--even had a fireplace (of course not used with 90 degree weather).
This is a great place to stay in the middle of museums, restaurants and theaters .

Fabulous place!
Room was awesome! Even though we didn’t have a balcony/courtyard view, we still enjoyed our room and relaxing in the courtyard. Clean, SUPER friendly staff! AC definitely worked!!
