Modern spacious 3 bed house close to the beach

A spacious, airy detached bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac only 14 minutes (yes we've timed it!) walk along level roads to the beautiful Crooklets Beach. Though close to the action, our house is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the our thriving seaside town making it the perfect summer getaway. The house has is our family home and is undergoing renovation to make it a modern comfortable and relaxing seaside space. More photo's will appear as each room is finished.

The Bungalow is situated away from all the main roads and with only 6 houses on the cul-de-sac its not only peaceful, but super safe for kids and families. Outside you will find a seating area for every time of day, be it on the spacious front garden, the breakfast patio off the kitchen, the sheltered side-decking which is a real sun trap or chilling in the secluded, private rear garden.

The living space comprises of a split level, modern open plan 10m wide space with a modern fitted fully equipped kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and integrated dishwasher. Large sliding doors straight from the kitchen (standby for photo's -they've just been finished!) allow you to access the large breakfast patio.

Step down from the kitchen into a spacious modern lounge with seating for 6, wall mounted TV with DVD player. A conservatory attached to the lounge provides additional space to relax and has french doors leading to the breakfast patio.

The large master bedroom offers a touch of luxury with plenty of space, a comfortable double bed, bespoke wooden shutters, large sliding wardrobes, plus a luxurious ensuite with large walk in rainforest shower, basin and WC.

The 2nd bedroom is spacious with another double bed and storage directly opposite the family bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has comfortable matching twin single beds, perfect for adults sharing and little ones alike. We have a travel cot and bedguards available, please let us know if they will be needed.

Off the hall we have an open space called the study which is great spot to relax in a comfy chair and get lost in a book next to the french doors that lead onto the secluded side decking. A great afternoon sun trap.

The family bathroom is brand new and offers a touch of luxury with a full size bath, over bath electric shower, basin, WC and large family towel rail.

Assess to the front door is under the carport, which provides shelter from the elements for bikes and buggies. The entrance porch has ample space for shoes and jackets without cluttering up the living space, and the adjoining utility room has a modern washing machine and tumble dryer and freezer all at your disposal.

The outside space is widely varied. The front garden is south facing and has sun all day and makes a great mid morning coffee spot on the slate patio out front.There is space for ball games with the little ones and a secure trampoline to keep them entertained. The side decking is superb midday lunch spot in full sun. The back garden, accessed from the kitchen has a large breakfast patio, Cornish palm tree, lawn and is totally private offering plenty of sun space to relax in the sun.
