Blanca 1 apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the noise of the city center. All the necessary amenities and easy access to public transport.

The predominant white color all over the place, small details in its decoration and modern amenities including, will welcome you to an unforgettable stay.

It has two bedrooms, each with double bed and large closet. The first room overlooking the street Riera Blanca and the second with internal view. One complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment has self check in. Prior to your arrival you will recieve a link to complete all the payments and provide guests data. Those steps are mandatory, you should complete them before your arrival in order to receive check in instructions.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

There are works in the building next door. These works are beyond the control of Habitat Apartments, we have no control over them.

City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
