We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the AC. Check in was smooth. The location was brilliant and everything was within walking distance. It was so easy to get to when you take the tram from the airport - a very short walk away.
Great location, comfortable stay — just watch your head upstairsGreat location, and the space was clean, quiet, and cool. One thing to note: the upstairs area was height-restricted with a narrow staircase, so it wasn't the easiest with bags, and taller guests may want to be mindful. That said, it didn't take away from the experience, it was a good, comfortable spot to rest our heads after a day of exploring.
The apartment is in a great location near the train station. We arrived in Florence very late (after midnight) and it was nice that the place was just a block or 2 away from the tram stop. Once we arrived the apartment was very clean and just as described. There are many restaurants and a lot of wine windows nearby. The main attractions are a short 10 minute walk away. Definitely recommend!
Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the train station. Communication was excellent leading up to arriving and we were met by Mamta for the check-in process. The apartment was clean and updated and well secured with locking system for the door leading in to the apartment 'complex'. There were two apartments on our level (about 40 stairs from street level). We had the apartment with three bedrooms. There was one bedroom on main floor with a small, but full bathroom (shower) and 2 bedrooms up steep stairs. We were 4 over 60 travelers. The upstairs level had two bedrooms and a shared small 1/2 bath with stool and sink. One of the rooms was pretty dark. The patio was small with no view except for the buildings next to the apt.Overall, it was a great location and walkable to the Train, tram, central market, Duomo, the Ponte vecchio, the River and many restaurants.
This property is in a fantastic location. The train and tram to the airport are a 5 min easy walk, many restaurants and cafes and grocery stores are all within a short walk. The host communicated very well and was super supportive. There were issues with the cleaners that caused some grief. We had to sit on the couch and wait while they cleaned, even though we arrived at the agreed time. They rushed their way through and were not very thorough, forgetting several things. In the end, it wasn’t a huge deal as Florence is so beautiful, you won’t spend much time in the apartment. A word of caution about the upstairs. The stairs are super steep, the bathroom ceiling is very low. I’m 5’9” and hit my head numerous times. Also, there are many steps to get to the apartment, so don’t bring a big suitcase.
This was our second stay at this property and it was a pleasure again. Check in is easy, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for seeing Firenze and also getting to and from the trains.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location for us as near train station (for day trips outside Florence) and other sites. The A/C worked well and was a nice place to come back to at the end of a busy day.
Great space close to the train station and downtown. Extremely clean, large bedrooms. There are 40 stairs up to the apartment and no lift, so just know that when booking if any of your guests have mobility issues. Also there are stairs in the apartment leading to two bedrooms, with a third bedroom on main level. I would book again!
This is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Very clean, excellent location for the sights of Florence and near both train and bus stations. The kitchen had everything you could need and the air conditioning worked individually in every room

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We had window/doors open in downstairs bedroom but this invited in MANY mosquitoes. Just beware of that. Kitchen supplied well, would have liked more espresso pods. It’s been nicely updated, but it is still a very old building. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Very close to train station and many restaurants close by. Loved our visit to Florence!
