Enjoying views from the front of the cottage, the ground floor comprises of an open plan sitting room featuring a wood burning stove, and a dining area styled with an oak table. To the rear, the large, stunning kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and offers a breakfast bar for two. A convenient shower room is also located on this floor.
Upstairs you'll find a wonderful super-king master bedroom that benefits from an en suite bathroom with romantic double ended bath for two, a separate shower, and fluffy bath robes - perfect for couples who want plenty of space to relax. From the upstairs windows, there are lovely views across the churchyard to open countryside beyond.
Outside, to the rear of Marram Cottage is a small courtyard garden which is fully enclosed for privacy. This space is perfect for lazy summer lunches in the sunshine. Dogs are also welcome, and the owner thoughtfully provides dog towels for four-legged guests.
Should you wish to share this little love nest, there is a sofa bed (with linen provided) for an extra charge of £50.

Ground Floor: There is a small step between several rooms on the ground floor.
Sitting room area Large sofa with chaise longue, feature fireplace with wood burning stove, occasional tables, lamps, Smart television with Freeview. Window to the front of the cottage. Dining room area Good sized oak table with seating for four, a two seater sofa bed (linen available on request - please request when booking), window to the front of the cottage. Kitchen Beautiful, large kitchen with fully-fitted units and oak worktops. There is a breakfast bar with two stools to enjoy a glass of wine while you both cook up a treat! The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob with extractor hood over, integrated under counter fridge, integrated under counter freezer, integrated washing machine, integrated fan assisted oven and grill and microwave, perfect for those who enjoy cooking! Shower room WC, wash basin and walk in shower (mains pressure).
First Floor: The Norfolk winder stairs are narrow, steep and wind to the upstairs. They would not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Master bedroom With super-king size bed, armchair and chest of drawers. Windows to both the front and rear of the cottage with lovely views to the church from one side, and over the fields to the other. Bath robes are located underneath the bed. En-suite bathroom Good sized spacious bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure (mains pressure shower), double ended bath (the bath slopes at either end with taps in the middle), WC, wash basin and fitted wardrobe with fluffy bath robes.
Outside:
The courtyard garden to the rear is fully enclosed and therefore completely safe for dogs. There is parking available for one car to pull onto the verge by the church wall just beyond the cottage, or parking on the roadside nearby.
