This immaculate two-bed, two-bath property offers style, comfort and easy access to all of Eastbourne's top attractions.

Set in central Eastbourne this property is parallel to the marvellous 6 km stretch of beach set just one road back from the apartment. It is ideally located between the promenade (home to Eastbourne Bandstand and Pier) and the Beacon shopping centre with Cineworld multi screen cinema. The closet restaurant is also only a few hundred metres away and being in a prime location you won't be short of choice.

This property offers not one but two outside terraces at the front and back of the property. The terraces are for your exclusive use giving you rare privacy in such a central location.

For lovers of the arts, just down the road you'll find Eastbourne's Devonshire Park Theatre and Towner Art Gallery. Throughout the year there are many wonderful plays and exhibitions that you can enjoy during your stay.

The lovely town of Eastbourne has many other activities and attractions including, three golf courses, go karting, watersport activity centre, leisure centres, indoor swimming pools, gyms, children's play centres, two cinemas and much more.

As you enter the property you will be met by its well designed open plan living area. You will instantly be able to feel the attention to detail that has gone into making this property feel comfortable and homely. There is a comfy L-shaped sofa placed in front of the TV as well as a dining table that looks out over your private terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washer-dryer and there is even a wine cooler to keep your Chardonnay chilled.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and they are both bathed in natural light with their own access out to the terrace. There is a second family bathroom with a bath and shower over so no need for bathroom queues.

All linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels) and for any stays longer than a week additional linen will be provided. There is also Free WiFi supplied and parking permits can be purchased at £2 a day (however, a car is far from essential with the train station being a 10 minute walk away).

We'll be back!

We SO enjoyed our first staycation in Eastbourne, and much of that was because this flat is so close to everything, so quiet, so comfortable, so well equipped and so spacious. Thanks to the team and we look forward to being able to drop back again another time!

Beautiful experience

We loved our stay in Eastbourne. The property was clean and bright. The hosts were great at Communication. For future guests, there is a lift you can use when bringing in your luggage. We didn’t realize that and used the stairs. Also, it would be nice to have some fans in the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this Lovely property and hosts to travelers. Thank you so much!
