Apartment with a fantastic localization, in 1st line of Sea where you can have breakfast seeing the waves on the beach and appreciate a breathtaking Sunset, actually is one of few apartements that you don´t need to go to the window or balcony to see the beach and the sea, here you´ll can be on the sofa, have a meal in the livingroom, cooking in the kitchen or just be at the door of the bedrooms and you always can see and appreciate the waves breaking on the beach. Just 50m from the beach and with everything what it needs just a few steps distance (local supermarkets, restaurants, coffees, surf shops, etc.) with the advantage of being able to visit Lisbon (20min of car, bus, taxi, uber or Ferry ) and in the end of the day to come back to the calm Costa da Caparica to relax on the beach and see the Sun go down…

What makes this property unique
It is one of the few apartments right on the beach with the totally unconquered view without bars or dunes in front, with a good sized balcony that allows you to easily have your meals out there to see the sea, you can actually enjoy this same landscape when you're sitting in the living room, we feel like we're right on the beach!
