This newly built villa is located in the very populair urbanisation of Casanova. Surrounded by green hills, away from it all but still just 10 minutes away from the lively village and beaches of Sant Feliu de Guixols.
The villa is newly built in a way that all rooms profit from the natural breeze which leaves the house cool during those hot Spanish summers. There are 4 en suite double bedrooms, a large cozy living dining room with open, well stocked kitchen so the whole family or group can be together while you prepare your meals. There are several private sitting areas around the house if you prefer some privacy and the view from the comfortable loungeset has a breathtaking view over the green hills and beautiful sea and bay view.
The master bedroom with its king sized bed has glass sliding doors leading to the 5 by 10 sized pool also with breathtaking views day and night. The master bathroom is the only bathroom with a bathtub, the rest of the rooms all have en-suite bathrooms with shower enclosures toilets and bidets. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor ( one with a king sized bed and two with double beds) and 1 separate bedroom with two single beds on ground level. There is a smart tv with the and there is good fibre optic internet.
Besides the very large private pool with breathtaking sea views there is also a large olympic sized pool and tennis courts just down the street which can be used freely. And there is a very nice unspoilt hiking path through nature just down the road.
This house is great for family vacation or a group of friends coming together as there is enough privacy to sit quietly and read a book and several sitting areas to enjoy a nice meal or glass of wine while enjoying the spectaculair views.
