Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this lovely townhouse near Virginia Tech. The house is immaculate and well appointed. The owners go the extra mile with thoughtful touches, including a welcome basket and champagne to toast our graduate. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Blacksburg area.

I can't say enough good things about this townhome. It is close to downtown, quiet, plenty of room, well equipped, and very clean. Hud & Jenn obviously care about their renters and communicate better than any other property owner I have used from Homeaway/VRBO. You won't go wrong with this property.

We stayed here for my little brother's VT graduation. The home is beautiful and laid out great, especially if you want to be able to spread out a little. The loft upstairs has its own television which was handy. My husband and I had the upstairs master and my parents took the lower master. The bunk room is great if you have children. The back patio is a wonderful place to spend the evening cooking out. Several mornings we had chipmunks on the back patio, which the kids loved watching them! The home owner, Hud was so helpful and was always available to answer questions. The location is perfect you are very close to downtown, but are not on a busy road. The neighbors were great, one even brought out a toy kitchen for my littlest daughter to play with while we were outside grilling! I can't say enough about this home! We plan to return for Hokie games in the future!

Better VRBO than reflected in the pics - Owner is great.

I was happy to find this house so close to campus/town for our son’s graduation. The only concern I had was it appeared a bit small in the VRBO photos. I was pleasantly surprised that this home is very large and very nice. Top it off with a great experience communicating with the owner. I would definitely stay here again (but now that my son had graduated…I probably won’t need to). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 5, with room to spare. The owner was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us to make sure our stay was wonderful, which it was. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Blacksburg area.

Great location, very nice place, easy to communicate with.

Came down for the weekend for a Hokie game with some friends, the location was close enough to walk everywhere, house was very nice, and Hud was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I am a graduate of Virginia Tech and now work in Burruss Hall. I purchased this property to ease my commute between my work and a farm. I would like to provide you the opportunity to have a comfortable and convenient place to celebrate and enjoy Blacksburg events.

Why they chose this property

This blends the convenience of being close downtown and campus with a quiet neighborhood. The Blacksburg Recreation Center is just around the corner, along with a grocery store and pharmacy. Downtown and the main VT Campus can be reached by a leisurely 15 minute walk or the BT bus line, which is clean, cheap, and reliable. I use it daily to get to work.

What makes this property unique

You'll find the townhouse is open and roomier than the pictures reveal and provides for numerous sleeping arrangements. Three bedrooms sleep 6, and the loft has a sleeper sofa bed that can sleep two easily. the loft also has a tv and camping chairs if the kids want to bring a gaming system. There is another sofa on the main floor that could be used for bedding. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the house. A grill is provided on the back patio for cookouts. The master suite features a large closet and bathroom.
