This upgraded unit is located on the 2nd floor and features LED lighting throughout, 4K Roku QLED TVs and high speed internet. Includes a special double-sized balcony overlooking the pool/ocean and features a renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from both a Keurig and a regular coffeemaker for your morning cup of joe to a blender for making that perfect frozen cocktail. Use the washer/dryer in the unit to clean those dirty beach towels. Includes 4K QLED TV's in each room equipped with DirectTV streaming service. Free high-speed WiFi (300 mbps) is provided in the unit and throughout the building.

All bedrooms are equipped with new consumer reports top-rated memory foam beds, USB outlets, and adjoining full bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Dining area has a table with seating for six and three additional barstools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The extra large gulf-front balcony can be accessed directly from both the master bedroom and the living room and has a table and seating for four, as well as two lounge chairs.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55 per vehicle, once per stay).
