About this property

Our house is in an enviable position. 15 minutes walk from the central station.
A 2 steps is the magnificent Church of San Giovanni in Carbonara while 500 meters. there is San Gregorio Armeno and in decumani.

The apartment is on the third floor of the 20th century.
Sunny and sunny the two floors where you can relax, maybe watching TV and having breakfast. A room with a desk and a view of the back (typical inside the Neapolitan palace), there is also a TV set overlooking a beautiful garden of orange and lemon trees.
On the upper level there is a bedroom, walk-in closet and wooden floor, also separated from the room, there is a single bed in a corner and very nice and secluded too, like all the floor top of wood floor.
Also on the upper level we find a wonderful wooden bookcase, handmade, with many titles available to guests.

In short, there are all the conditions for an unforgettable holiday.

Nice and pleasant stay

Pleasant stay in Napoli. Everything was nice and the appartment was spacious (5 people) and with a lot of natural light. We were happy to have air conditioning in the apartment.

Appartement cosy et très bien équipé, spacieux pour un séjour en famille ou à plusieurs. Egalement très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre historique ainsi que de la gare centrale de Naples. Nando le proprio est très accueillant et vous aidera à passer un bon séjour. Les napolitains vivants dans la rue de l'appartement sont également très sympas. Proximité d'une très bonne patisserie et d'épiceries pour remplir le frigo et cuisiner à la maison

Superb property; great locations

We had a really good week in this spacious apartment. Nando was better at communication than any other property owner we have experienced, and he kept in touch with recommendations when we were there. A central location at a reasonabl price. Highly recommended.
