First family abroad holiday

Excellent villa with lovely pool, well kitted out and had everything we needed there. Found the directions from the host very useful and didn't struggle to find the villa at all, worth it for the location.

Gorgeous villa with easy access to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. It is remote so you couldn’t go there without a car. Villa was very well equipped and the host was very communicative. A great trip, thank you!

Holiday Review

A very spacious villa with excellent amenities. The location is stunning with amazing views of the mountains. It is 10 minutes to Pollensa by car on an easy road so you are close to many restaurants and shops. The villa is very quiet with plenty of outside space and a lovely pool. We had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend it. The owner was very helpful and obviously takes great pride in her property.

Villa Paradis in Paradise

This villa was well equipped clean and very spacious. The views of the mountains around were just amazing. It was just perfect for us and our adult sons and a fiancé. The pool was a great size in spacious grounds. It was in a quiet and peaceful place but was only 10 mins drive to Pollenca and 15mins to Puerto de Pollenca. The owner was very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries we had. No negatives only positives about this place. Highly recommended!

A special find

4 x adults, 2 x 2.5 year olds and 1 x 6 month old stayed for one week. It’s a beautiful villa with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The pool is perfect, the grounds are fenced in and private, every bedroom has an en-suite. The scenery surrounding the villa is breathtaking. So well located to old town Pollença which is stunning, and 10 mins from Port De Pollença by car. Supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Airport trip is easy as well - mostly on motorway. 50 mins. Such a brilliant holiday and we would absolutely go back! Thank you Paula

Glorious

We have just finished a week at the villa. What a gorgeous week. Paula has been great with communication, helping out with translations for my daughters allergies. She’s also very fast to respond. The bills is clean, large and cool. Air con in the bedrooms is great. You need a car but we enjoyed being away from everyone else, the children adored the pool, they had even left some inflatables which they had such fun on. The tv, internet all worked well and we loved eating outside on the large table- big enough for two families. Pollensa the nearest town was even better than expected. We enjoyed the Sunday market. Also hired a boat from The port (although it was quite choppy for a small boat). We loved Mallorca and the holiday

Gute Wahl

Vielen Dank an Sie.

Schönes Objekt

Sehr schönes Objekt in ausgezeichneter Lage.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa with amazing mountain views!

The property is lovely in a beautiful, private and peaceful setting. The pictures and descriptions are an exact representation of the property. Amazing views with the benefit of a beautifully spacious and well equipped, comfortable villa. Paula, the owner could not have been more helpful both during the booking process and throughout our stay. We had a problem with hot water on 2 occasions but after a quick WhatsApp message to Paula this was quickly dealt with and we had no further issues. WiFi was fine for email, WhatsApp and Instagram but can slow down at times, but no complaints as we were warned in advance. Some bougainvillea were planted during our stay which will be a beautiful addition to the villa! An easy and quick drive to lovely Pollença and local supermarkets. Market day on Sunday in Pollença is well worth a visit.

Picture Perfect

This is a modern yet traditional house in a beautiful setting. The house is extremely well appointed and left us wanting for nothing. Cleaners visited 3 times during our 2 week stay and changed towels and linen. The gardener also came every 3-4 days to clean the pool and cut grass. Paula was responsive to all our enquiries and checked-in regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The location is outstanding with unparalleled views. Ideal for an evening drink by the pool! This is the perfect setting for a tranquil and luxurious vacation. We miss it already!

Relaxation near Pollenca

The property was beautiful and felt luxurious with welcoming gifts and a high standard of cleanliness and style. The gardens were well tended and pool perfect for the heat. The air conditioned bedrooms meant comfortable nights and only a short 10 minute drive to the shops and beautiful Pollenca. Paula was attentive and we thank her for allowing us to share her lovely house.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 March 2020
We welcome feedback but, on this occasion, we cannot agree with this opinion for several reasons: 1) The guest does not mention that less than an hour after his arrival the gardener immediately went to the villa as soon as he was informed that the pool was not clean, and he left it in perfect condition. Reading the guest's review it seems to be no maintenance at all. 2) On the other hand, it is generally known that in the countryside and with extreme heat temperatures the insects go to the pools to drink and sometimes they drown; but this situation happens in all the swimming pools and not only in this villa. What can owners do against insects drinking water? It is important to note that we have a maintenance service cleaning the pool of the villa twice a week. 3) Regarding the Wi-Fi, as the property is surrounded by mountains, the Wi-Fi’s speed is slow and in our advertisement we have specified this point: the Wi-Fi is only for basic communication (emails, WhatsApp and visit some websites). However, the guest claims that the Internet does not work as he expected (Did he read the description of the property?). Despite of this, he was able to use Skype which is more than what is specified in the advertisement. 4) Finally, less than an hour of receiving a WhatsApp about two bathrooms having a bad smell, the owner moved to the villa. It was not an "agent" who came to take care of the tenant's complaints, but the owner herself. The owner verified with the guest's wife that the smell of the bathrooms had already disappeared. The owner agreed she would be informed in case there was bad smell again. But she was never called again by the guests.

Superb villa in spectacular surroundings

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is breathtaking, with incredible views of the Tramuntana mountains. There is the added benefit of being visited by wild goats on a daily basis. The villa is large and there is no need to fight over the bedrooms - all are large and have very nice en-suites. It is stylishly furnished and well equipped. There are plenty of places to sit, in the shade or sun, and the pool is large and well maintained. The drive into Pollensa only takes 10 minutes, so you have the benefit of being in the peace of the countryside, whilst being close to shops, restaurants and the sea at Puerto Pollensa. Paula, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. Many thanks for a lovely holiday. We look forward to returning. Gill & Julian

Beautiful quality Villa in Stunning surroundings

The Villa is very recently built and finished to an exceptionally high standard: The furnishings both inside and outside are modern and very comfortable, including the beds. Kitchen and Utility room are brilliantly equipped for those wishing to cook properly. The bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed. It is very large, spacious Villa with plenty of room for 2 families. The Swimming Pool is much larger than average and is a wonderful temperature. Plenty of Sun loungers, shades, seating and dining furniture are provided throughout the garden. The Views are incredible! Absolutely Stunning! The Villa is incredibly private, quiet and amongst tranquil surroundings - you do get some road noise but is interimittent and mainly on a Sunday when locals going for bike rides up the mountain road and we did not dind obstrusive. The gardens are surrounded by grazing land for goats and sheep which is fun to watch and hear. But still only 10 mins drive to Pollenca and the supermarkets. Our only criticism is no air conditioning. Although there were plenty of good quality fans provided throughout the villa. In most months it would not be an issue at all as the house is traditionally built with thick stone walls. But in peak Summer heat in August we found the upstairs bedrooms uncomfortably hot. However a minor point considering everything else! Most importantly, the Villa Owner was extremely kind, helpful, accomodating and responsive. She responded very quickly to queries and was incredibly helpful to us before and throughout our stay. We have never experienced such a kind and helpful Villa owner! Would not hesitate to return! Absolutely idyllic! Would love to return.

Lovely house. Lovely setting.

We stayed here for two weeks in early June and really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and very well furnished. Everything we might have wanted was provided. It is set in its own fenced grounds in an area of that once may have been a farmed a long time ago. It is now just grassland and trees with a resident population of goats that are quite entertaining. It is a very quiet spot. No other houses are visible and the views are spectacular. It is about 15 minutes drive to the centre of Pollenca and 20 to Porto Pollenca but the roads are quite good. The owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
