Casa Buena : Luxury House With Huge Private Biological Salt Water Heated Pool

The House is ideally situated in the picturesque village of Tias. It is a great place to stay for those who wish to be out of the noisy and busy main resort of Puerto del Carmen but still want to have it easily accessible. The village offers a range of shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, bakeries, pharmacies butcher etc . Plus what is widely regarded, you will find one of the best 5*reviews tapas bar in all of Lanzarote.
The House is ideally located, being in an easy 10 minutes’ drive from the airport, just 10 min drive to Puerto Del Carmen and approximately 15 min drive to Puerto Calero with its expensive yacht and trips from the marina (Even a submarine trip). You can also reach the new golf course of Tias and the best hospital of Lanzarote in less than 5 min drive ;).

The house is ideal for a family vacation or as a base for Remote Workers & Digital Nomads thanks to its fiber optic Internet connection and its latest generation WiFi-6 router. The router using WiFi-6 technology allows 10 mobile workers to connect simultaneously without losing speed. The speed of the optical fiber contracted can achieve the staggering download speed of 600 Mb/s.

Lounges:
Large lounge with a comfortable six seater corner unit sofa, a 10 seated wooden table with black dinning chair (all new). A wall mounted TV all complimented by a range of modern contemporary furnishings. Leading directly off this room is a second lounge again with comfortable seating, another flat screen mounted TV offering extensive Netflix films. Both lounges are equipped with one air conditioning unit in each room.
Leading of the main lounge is the patio. Double doors open onto this area (double glasses aluminum). The granite topped 10 seater table offers a great opportunity for a fresco dinning while looking out to sea enjoying the all-day sunshine. There is a triple tray BBQ plus a prep table. The patio is sufficiently large that there is still room for 2 sun loungers ;)
Kitchen:
Fully fitted luxury kitchen with a grey Silestone worktops (natural quartz). The all kitchen is fully equipped with high quality Franke units, consisting of an oven and a microwave above, ceramic cooktops with a design extractor. The kitchen also has a huge fridge with a proper freezer on the bottom and a dish washer. Of course you will find everything you need for cooking at home plus a toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc
Off the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, steam iron etc

Bedrooms:

Bed 1 : Very large room with an extra wide bed (180cm*190cm) with memory form mattress. Range of fitted wardrobes and a big wall mounted TV. Individual bedside reading lights and new double glaze aluminum window.

Bed 2 : Very large oversize king bed (180cm*190cm) with quality memory form mattress. Range of fitted wardrobes and a big wall mounted TV. Individual bedside reading lights and new double glaze aluminum window.


Bed 3 : Another very large fitted room. The room is so big that there are 2 double queen size beds (140cm *190 cm) where can sleep 4 people (2 couples or 4 kids for example). A huge sliding wardrobes and a wall mounted TV also. Individual bedside reading lights and 3 skylights windows allowing an abundant natural light.

Bathrooms:
Totally New refurbished main bathrooms with walk-in shower with large square rain fall shower head, design WC, sink with feature mirror above, extractor fan (ecological, not electrical, using the wind), hair dryer, 3 electric points for shaving. There is also a huge Jacuzzi bath with lighting and radio incorporated.

2nd Bathroom:
Twin drawer vanity unit, with a walk-in shower, modern tiling, design WC, sink with mirror above, extractor fan (ecological, not electrical, using the wind), hair dryer, 3 electric points for shaving.

Swimming pool :
The House benefits from a very large private biological salt water pool (no chemicals used) of 10 m long, 4 m wide and 0,8 m to 2 meter deep. The swimming pool sits centrally on the expansive pool deck. The area around the pool is fully tiled with non-slip tiles for extra safety. There are eight sun loungers plus numerous parasols. There is also a raised seating area with table and chairs. The pool is extremely private and is a real sun trap benefiting from all day sunshine.
Pool heating:
The pool benefits from a recently installed top of the range pool heater and also a solar blanket that guaranty you can swim all year round. The pool is electric heated from late October until late march (there is no charge to guests for this pool heating).

Free Wi-Fi available in the entire villa and also in the pool area. There is also a big safe that can fit your laptop. A private parking is available inside the villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, sheets pillow cases are provided. Cleaning prior to arrival and after departure is included. Towels for use in the apartment (1 set of bath, hand face towels per week for each guest). Beach towels are not provided. Also available a cot and a high chair for babies with no extra charges. No hidden extras to pay (e.g. rental of iron, kettle, toaster etc) everything included in price.

To summarize, a large, perfectly appointed, detached house with a fabulous pool, in an ideal location with a high speed internet conexion. All beautifully refurbished, decorated, equipped and furnished with love by myself. I am looking forward to welcoming you …Freddy
