Charming Studio in Carbondale
Cozy, comfy studio apt. Centrally located downtown, grocery stores, fine dining, fishing, climbing, biking, skiing, golf, yoga & Rio Grande Trail. There are 300 ft of space with French doors and lots of natural light looking at Mt. Sopris. Best view in town. Kitchenette included. BBQ for the studio is on the side of the house. It is attached to the main home but very private, with its own entrance. It is 375 sq ft so pack lightly, large suitcases don’t fit well.
This is a very mature neighborhood, quiet, neighborly and very safe.

Why they chose this property
This is a little dream I've had for 15 yrs. A little studio to help me enjoy my later years and an affordable place to stay for people to visit C'dale. This adorable studio with fantastic views of Mt. Sopris is a great getaway and everyone loves it!
What makes this property unique
We are just minutes from downtown, grocery store, restaurants, golf, and fishing (Gold Medal waters). We are in a tranquil and safe neighborhood.
