- Arrival options:



1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.

. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.

. Pets under 10kg are welcome (except for breeds considered potentially dangerous), so no family member is left behind. It is important that you inform us of the size and breed of your pet, so we can prepare for your arrival.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: €1.10 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.
