The house is located inside the private village of Sant'Isidoro between Cagliari (16 km) and Villasimius (40 km) and only 3 km from the sea. The position is strategic to satisfy both those who want to visit the south-east coast with its splendid beaches such as Mari pintau (14 km), Geremeas (16 km), Solanas (24 km), Poetto (9 km), but also for nature walks at the Parco dei Sette Fratelli (15 km) or for those who love Golf (1 km), tennis (2.5 km), play on the water park slides (5 km) or go mountain biking or rubber dinghy trips.
Within 5 km you will find gas station, post office, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagent, pharmacy, tobacconist and three farmhouses.
The house consists of a lounge with fireplace and a two-seater sofa bed, a double bedroom with a small terrace, a bedroom with two single beds with a small terrace, two bathrooms with shower and tub / shower, the kitchen and two verandas.
It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, hot / cold air conditioning, free wi-fi, safe, alarm system, TV and mosquito nets in the sleeping area. In the spacious garden between palm trees and olive trees immersed in the unique scents of the nature of this land you can relax and also prepare excellent barbecues using the barbeque

Beautiful apartment and good location for excursions in the south of Sardinia

The apartment is decorated with great taste and very clean. Patricia and Stefano are very helpful and always responsive. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located for excursions in the south of Sardinia. Thank you very much Patricia and Stefano for the delicious cake,wine and especially for the Myrto. We like to come back.

Very Nice Family Stay

The house feels like it was recently constructed, with nice finishes, two nice sized bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements for a family of four. The WiFi worked very well, it was an extremely clean house, with all the amenities you could want for as a base to explore southern Sardinia. The air conditioning was also great, with separate units in each bedroom - the construction of the house led to it cooling down very fast and staying a comfortable temperature. On top of that, the owners were extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. Parking was easy, but you will need a car to adequately explore the area. Highly recommend these accommodations if you will be visiting this area of the island.

Excellent Accomodation

If you are looking for a place to stay away from the busy touristy spots, however still close enough to reach all beautiful beaches and sites in the south with ease, then this is a great accommodation. The house is almost new, was built with attention to quality and has all the luxuries you need to enjoy a great stay in summer or winter - full air-conditioning and fire place, integrated mosquito nets on the windows, two separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, big outdoor BBQ facility etc. You can enjoy the sun or shade around the veranda throughout the day. The hosts Stefano and Patricia were great, super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible – thanks for making the week holiday feel like two! die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Man ist in der Nähe von wunderbaren Stränden und auch der Hauptstadt Cagliari. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings ein Muß. Das WLAN war super, mit Hilfe eines HDMI-Kabel und VPN konnten wir dadurch alle deutschen Sender streamen. Die Vermieter sind supernett, aufmerksam aber sehr unaufdringlich. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und super sauber und ordentlich. Alle Zimmer, insbesondere Bäder und Küche, waren in einem top Zustand bei unserer Ankunft (wie in einem Hotel). Im Kühlschrank waren außerdem eine Tüte Milch und eine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft, dazu als Willkommensgeschenk frische Früchte aus dem Garten der Vermieter, eine Flasche Wein und sardische Süßigkeiten - eine tolle Geste, die uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Vermieter Stefano und Patricia wohnen im selben Haus im Souterrain mit eigenem Eingang und Garten. Sie sind sehr diskret und man hört von den beiden nichts. Bei Bedarf sind sie per WhatsApp aber sofort zu erreichen und helfen bei jeglichen Problemen weiter. Sie sprechen gut Englisch und wir haben uns häufiger und sehr gerne mit den beiden unterhalten. Weitere Pluspunkte: + Großer Garten + Schöne, große Terrasse zum Essen und draußen sitzen + Großer Holzkohlegrill + ruhige Lage, ca. 30 Minuten zu Traumstränden, z.B. Porto Giunco, Villasimius oder Costa Rei, ca. 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt mit dem Auto. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, um die Insel zu erkunden. + Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett wurden auf Anfrage bereitgestellt + Parkplatz fürs Auto auf dem Grundstück (Einfahrt mit Tor) + Grundausstattung (Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Seifenspender mit Seife im Bad usw.) vorhanden - auch hilfreiche Extras vorhanden, z.B. Kühltasche und Kühlpacks für den Strand oder ein kleiner Safe im Schlafzimmerschrank + Zwei Hängematten unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick auf die Palmen - ein absoluter Traum! Wir (Familie mit kleinem Kind) können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Stefano. Villa spacieuse et propre avec tout le nécessaire. Le jardin est magnifique avec palmiers, hamacs et chaises longues. La maison est au calme, à la campagne donc un peu éloignée mais bien située entre Cagliari et les très jolies plages de Villasimus, Castadias, Muravera notamment. (La plage la plus proche Poetto n'a pas de charme). La voiture est nécessaire pour chaque déplacement. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire en famille : la Grand roue de Cagliari, les musées de la ville et des promenades dans ses différents quartiers, les salines à visiter, l'entreprise huilerie Copar à Dolianova, fabrique de fromage à Dolianova également..... Nous remercions Stefano pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa grande souplesse pour les horaires de départ et d'arrivée.

Das Ferienhaus „Su Berittu“ ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gross, die sanitären Einrichtungen top. Der Garten ist gross und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder mieten. Der einzige Nachteil ist aus unserer Sicht, dass die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung nicht so empfehlenswert sind. Dafür sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut.

TOP Unterkunft und super nette Gastgeber!

Un moment de calme près de Cagliari et de magnifiques plages

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette très belle maison au calme de la ville. Et Stefano est un hôte très agréable ! La villa est spacieuse, très bien organisée, climatisée (et reste fraîche même après une journée sans clim), bien fournie en terme de matériel. Dehors le parc est splendide avec ses oliviers et ses grands palmiers et permet de manger, pendre un café sur la terrasse ou juste s’allonger dans un transat ou un hamac. L’endroit est idéal pour aller visiter Cagliari (sa cathédrale, ses petites ruelles, sa saline incroyable avec les flamants roses) où se reposer sur une des plages (Mauri Pinto, Su Roxi...). Notre coup de cœur des visites : la coopérative d’olives a Dolianova, la saline Fai Conti Vecchi, le restaurant Sabores Formaggi e vini à Cagliari

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung mit ebenerdigen Zugang zum Garten. Der "eigene" Garten ist umzäunt, sodass unsere 1 jährige Tochter auch einfach vom Wohnzimmer rauslaufen konnte ohne, dass wir uns Sorgen machen mussten. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Für uns war dies super. Wer etwas Ruhe und Erholung sucht und sich gerne aus einer Hängematte drei Palmen anschaut, ist hier genau richtig;-)

Einfach umwerfend!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist da sehr ruhig und entspannend. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Besser geht es nicht :-) Patricia und Stefano sind sehr nette, freundliche, hilfsbereite und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Man hat nicht das Gefühl Mieter zu sein, man fühlt sich wie willkomene Freunde. Wir können das Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, von da aus kann man sowohl ein Teil des Westens als auch ein Teil des Ostens besichtigen. Die Strände sind absolut nicht überfüllt und traumhaft schön. Patricia und Stefano, vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Eurem Haus. Es hat uns viel Freude bereitet, Euch kennen zu lernen.

Geräumige, saubere, moderne Wohnung

+ sauber + modern + Heizung/Klimaanlage + gute Betten + Terasse in 3 Richtungen mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln + Hängematten im Garten + Küche gut ausgestattet, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, kleiner Gefrierschrank + schnelles und fast immer verfügbares WLAN + Stellplatz fürs Auto + Fliegengitter vor fast allen Fenstern + sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Im Kühlschrank waren Wasser und Sojamilch zur Begrüßung, Stefano hat sogar einen veganen Kuchen gebacken (falls jemand etwas nicht mag/verträgt ;-). Sie sprechen beide sehr gut Englisch. - nur italienische Fernsehsender (aber es gibt ja WLAN) - Eßtisch und -stühle sind sehr unbequem (bei schönem Wetter würde man eher draußen essen) - das Sofa bietet eigentlich nur Platz für 2, wir haben einen Sessel der Gartenmöbel reingeholt Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgeschieden, bis auf ein paar Hunde hört man praktisch nichts. Läden und Restaurants sind in 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ebenso der kleine Strand. Die Vermieter wohnen unterhalb der Wohnung (komplett eigener Zugang). Wir empfehlen die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter, würden jederzeit wiederkommen (nur nicht im November, wir hatten doch immer mal Regen). Mille grazie Patricia e Stefano!
