LA FERME ligger ca. 400 m fra Dordogne floden og Tremolat by.

Poolen som er delt med huset L'HANGAR ligger mellem de to huse.
Hvert hus har sin egen store have. Poolen er 12x5 med romertrappe .
Poolområdet er ca. 230 m2.
Ved poolen findes et poolhus/ solariet som indeholder: toilet, håndvask og vaskefaciliteter.
Huset " LA FERME" er godt indrettet, praktisk med udgange til en overdækket terrasse. Have- møbler. Fra køkkenet :udgang til en stor sol terrasse, med solsenge og havemøbler til 4 pers. på begge terrasser.
Huset er i 2 plan.
1 sal : 2 soveværelser og toilet.

Stueplan : køkken/ opholdsrum og badeværelse/toilet. ( toilet med oplukkeligt vindue).

Pragtfuld udsigt mod Dordognefloden med de hvide klipper.
Der findes havemøbler til 4 personer på begge terrasser .
Der er grill, parasol og solsenge ved terassen

Skoven ligger kun få min. bag LA FERME, herfra kan man gå op på toppen og skue flodens fantastiske bugtning.
La Ferme er omgivet af marker, og kun få min. gang til centrum af landsbyen Tremolat.
Byen Tremolat har 5 restauranter og 1 Ferme Auberge som ligger få min. fra La FERME. Af de 6 spisesteder er en af dem en Michelin stjerne* restaurant.

Tremolat by har en købmand/brødudsalg, frisør, tankstation / værksted.

Området kan anbefales til:
gåture, cykelture, kanosejlads, vandski, vinsmagning slotte og vidunderlige middelalderlandsbyer.

Beautiful place location great pool really nice Ticked all the boxes with exception of wifi which needs improvement as it was none existent in the house and barely at the pool house.John who was filling in for elysa looked after us very well along with his wife. Hoping to return next year

cadre superbe, jardin splendide et emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Juste Quelque matériels manquants (microonde, un peu de vaisselle) et le tout serait parfait !

Summer holiday a tremolat

Maison de vacances et village a recommander. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Lieu calme et paisible... piscine sécurisée... parfait pour rayonner dans la region. Merci à nos hôtes.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Das Haus La Ferme ist innen und aussen sehr schön, der Pool grossartig. Die Gastgeber Elisa und Arne sind zurückhaltend, aber immer zur Stelle, wenn man Sie braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Danke auch für die tollen Tips zu Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung.

Schönes Ferienhaus und eine super Region.

Sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Ferienhaus und die Region ist echt super schön. Der Pool ist klasse bei schönen Wetter und der Garten ist auch wunderschön. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen, wandern, Schlösser und Städte besichtigen, Kanu fahren etc. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Schöne Grüße Daniel und Frauke

La ferme est conforme à la description avec un beau jardin et une grande piscine à partager avec une autre maison Idéalement situé en Dordogne
