Oceanfront House With Panoramic Views Of The Water And Private Beach Access

Spacious oeanfront home on the bluffs on Iversen Point with over 1/2 acre to enjoy, and unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. From the moment you step inside, you will be able to see and hear the Pacific ocean.

This home is over 1,600 square feet and features several large decks, a hot tub, and views from nearly every room. The den/bedroom, master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen all feature floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding glass doors which open onto the large sun decks. Enjoy views from the either the hot tub off of the deck or the sitting area off our the outdoor path.

The entire home is tastefully and fashionably appointed. The master bedroom is up a short flight of stairs and has wide sweeping views. The master bedroom has a king tempurpedic bed.

The second bedroom also has a tempurpedic king bed, and has an en suite 1/2 bathroom.

The den/3rd bedroom is a great spot for reading or catching up on movies (or doing work, if you must) and has a full size pull out futon bed.

The living room has several cozy spots from which to gaze out at the lawn or ocean, including a wood stove and window seats.

The ocean will be your backdrop and inspiration in the kitchen. A fully equipped large kitchen awaits you, and you can dine at the large dining room table.

The best part of all is that we are steps to the beach and you have access to Island Cove, which is accessed through a private and locked gate.

I wanted some quiet seclusion and this was the perfect spot. Amazing view! In the bay, with my binocs, I saw pelicans bathing, cormorants and harbor seals. The private beach was an added bonus! I would love to return in the Spring.

A beautiful view

The photo of the off-shore rocks are as advertised. The place has enormous windows that look down on that very cove. The view was hypnotic.

This house was amazing! We stay at a lot of vacation rentals, and this is our favorite so far. Very clean and well equipped. Best views we have ever had anywhere. Very nice neighbors. Hot tub was delightful. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Thank you!

Gualala Area Stay

Very comfortable house for us while in Gualala for a wedding. House was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas looking at the ocean. My only surprise was the size of the master bath, which was much smaller than in the photo — it worked for me, a very small person, but may be problematic for others. I would recommend this house.

Cute house, beautiful view

We were so presently surprised when we arrived. It’s not often you show up and the place you rented exceeds your expectations. Well this place did! There is new living room furniture and the house is bright and spacious. The views will nock your socks off. It does get warm in the rooms during the day, but we opened the windows and it wasn’t a problem. We loved it and will definitely be back!

WOW!

We were there during the storms in late January and February. Never turned on the TV, the drama that unfolded in front of us was all we needed. The view is spectacular! Our hosts were in constant communication when the power went out, making sure we were safe and if we needed anything. They even sent their handyman over, Thanks, Carlos! The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Internet was fast and covered a wide area. We will be back.

Beautiful View

This was a wonderful house to stay in with a unforgettable view. My only issues were the air conditioning unit that doesn't blow cold, so when we arrived to a 87 degree house it took a while to get back to normal with all the windows open. But outside was perfect so the sitting area outside in the yard was a good place to enjoy the view and sounds of the bluff. The hot tub is more of a warm tub, I turned up the temperature but it stayed the same for the whole stay. It's not too bad because it was still warm, just not hot. Also there are broken and missing knobs for the jets and bubble controls but it was still nice to sit and enjoy the night sky. The kitchen was great, as was the bedrooms. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Iconic view

The view is beyond expectations. I was here to photograph the Milky Way and the location did not disappoint. Wildflowers in the foreground, and an iconic coastal fence leading to giant rock stacks under the stars…perfection. Inside was so clean and cared for. Would definitely recommend a stay, and will definitely be back.

Stunning views and lovely home

The home was well appointed and very clean. The private beach and fenced yard were much enjoyed by our little dog. There are only good things to say. We cooked in more than we expected because we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the view. We will be back!

Did I wake up in Ireland?

I travel quite a bit & this is one of my favorite places. I hope to go back again & again. Not only was it a beautiful magical place, it was so clean! I mean, NO spiderwebs, which is oddly kind of rare. Such a relaxing vacation! I loved how spacious it was. The only downside was the smell. I suggest bringing candles or incense. I think it’s just a coastal thing, because some of the restaurants also had a similar smell. This place is a real gem!

Wonderful Oceanside Gualala Home

We had a fabulous stay at this property. We found the house to be clean and well organized with all the comforts of home. The view is fantastic - we actually spotted a whale from the living room window. The house and grounds are also very dog friendly. We were happy to see that both the front and back yards were fenced it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! S.

Spectacular 2 week stay

You will not regret booking a stay at this well-appointed house overlooking a cove populated by seals and birds. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The photos were a bit dark and did not do it justice. The rooms fill with light during the day and you can see the view from everywhere except the back bedroom. The location is good -- about half way between Gualala and Pt. Arena -- if you are looking for a quiet get away. Our dogs loved the fenced front yard almost as much as the private beach. We preferred the back deck,which was sunny most afternoons even when the mornings were overcast. The owners of this property care especially about their guests' comfort. They addressed our questions immediately and, when I noticed I had left behind a bag of new clothes, Joanna contacted her cleaning lady to put them in her lock up, and went out of her way to ship the items to me. We have rented houses along the California & Oregon coast multiple times and this property outshines them all. We'll be back!

Comfortable, quiet house with a great view!

My husband and I had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the house on our honeymoon. It was clean and had a thorough house manual. It was well stocked with towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The area was quiet and we enjoyed exploring the local towns and beaches!

Spectacular Views!! Extremely Clean -

The home was very clean and the views were just spectacular! The yard was wonderful for our dog. He was very happy in the front yard or the back. Even he liked watching the ocean! The breeze was perfect for opening up windows. Saturday was 80 degrees and Sunday was a high of 62, so we had a chance to use the fireplace too although I could not find a single match in the house. Luckily we had lighter in our truck. The spa was disappointing as it would only bubble from the bottom. No jet action. It was nice and warm when we arrived though, so I didn't have to wait for it to heat up. The beds were very comfortable too. We had to try them both out! We would definitely like to return for another stay! It was just so relaxing, we didn't want to leave!!!

Incredible home away from home!

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to stay here. We had an amazing long weekend, and have already booked another stay. The views are incredible from every area of the home. The beach is just down the road, and you truly have private access. It is a picture perfect cove, with sandy beaches and beautiful shells. We, and our two dogs, could not get enough! Be aware of ticks on dogs in this area though, as we found many after our hikes/beach trip. The home is incredibly well-stocked with everything from tempurmedic beds and high count sheets, to beach towels, to grilling equipment, to even condiments and paper towels in the kitchen! I love the manual to learn more about the home, and can not rave enough about this incredible experience. Joanna was so kind and helpful, and we can’t wait to come back soon to see the ocean, the sunset/sunrise, and beautifully starry nights!

Fantasic Property

Great property and exactly as advertised. Beds, Couches, Fireplace, Kitchen, hot tub are all in great shape. Location is a perfect spot as it is situated in-between Gualala and Manchester and near the Point Reyes Lighthouse. I would visit again.

Quiet Getaway

Joanna was great to work with and the house provided a nice respite from our busy lives. The Tempur-pedic bed was better than our Tempur-pedic at home. It made for wonderful sleep filled nights after watching the stars from the hot tub. If you are not used to an Apple TV it would be good to watch a You Tube before you go so you don't get frustrated trying to figure it out. The view was mesmerizing and we only traveled down the beach trail once as it was pretty chilly and windy during our stay. The driving range at Sea Ranch was close by. St Orres was a highlight as a unique and delicious dining experience. Rosemary the owner-chef and Lupe the bartender could write a book on old school hospitality. Anderson Valley and Mendocino wineries are a close drive and nice day trip. All in all a great place to spend a week.
