Beautil scenery ... but issues with the house
There were several serious flaws in the property that embittered our experience.
1) A/C was a huge issue. The house has only one small A/C in the main living area. Since this area is surrounded by glass, the temperature tends to be very hot, and with such a small A/C, this area was always unbearably hot. As a result, we were not able to use it (unless you were directly in front of the small A/C). Bedrooms had no A/C, very poor fans, and no natural wind flow (as they only have one window); therefore, they were always hot and unpleasant for sleeping. It is difficult for me to understand that a house with this price has no sufficient A/C to cool down the main living area and the bedrooms. The main announcement was somehow misleading in this point, because it announces A/C (you may assume it is in the whole house), but then it is only in the text where it specifies that only in the main area and it never says it is a very small A/C.
2) The house looks somehow neglected, with rotten bars, broken showers, and old furniture.
3) The structure of the house is not appropriate for babies or old people. In fact, the house had 3 floors from garage to swimming pool, with some steep stairs without rail.
4) We were surprised that the kitchen did not have basic ingredients such as salt and oil.
We were happy with other aspects: the foremost is the astonishing view from the house, but also the nice barbecue area, swimming pool and reasonably kept gardens
