Spacious, dog friendly 2 bed 1st floor apartment close to the sea with on-site parking. Situated in an Edwardian building on a beautiful street just off South Parade set back from the road.



This large apartment offers a flexible king size or twin bedroom, a family room with flexble superking or twin and 2 additional single beds.



There is a large living area with large sofa and sofa bed a table and chairs and recently fitted kitchen



Newly refurbished shower room.



A beautiful building converted into 4 apartments. Each apartment has one dedicated space



Guests can access the whole apartment, parking and front garden



Lovely tree lined street just off South Parade with Period housing set back from the road.

The apartment has one private off road space. It will fit a standard car. If you have a large vehicle or multiple vehicles, we can organise parking passes for the road Parking for one car is included additional cars are charged. The apartment is dog friendly (max 2 dogs) and there is a £25 fee



We are trying to do our bit for the environment

Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following:

Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)

Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don`t throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too

Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.

We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.

We just loved the building and wanted a whole place that was all ours, that offered a lovely location near the beach with off road parking. There are sea views from the top floor terrace, the original features in the building and the whole ambiance
