This apartment was ideal for location and proximity to to walk into Florence and local restaurants. Our hosts were very responsive with communications and met us for the check in process to show us where to park and tour the apartment. The unit offers everything we needed and we highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment with lots a natural light. Each of the two bedrooms effectively has an en-suite full bath and dedicated mini-split with air conditioning. Patrizia and Stefano were warm helpful hosts. It was nice to be slightly away from the center - an easy 20-30 minute walk. Parking available in garage close by allowed us to comfortably rent a car for day trips to nearby villages. We would definitely stay again!

Stephano was great to work with. We were late arriving but not problem. He met us at the door and showed us around. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning was nice to have with the warm weather. The flat's location in the Oltrarno neighborhood helped in getting away from the congested tourist part of Florence while still providing easy walking to central Florence. Also, many great places to eat near the flat with two pizza places just next door.

Host Stefano and Patrizia were amazing and so helpful. They set us up with everything you need to know about Florence. The apt was perfect. The location is great. Lots to do around the appt. And only a 20 walk to the heart of Florence. Highly recommend

A great place to stay just outside the old city gates. We walked everywhere from there including Termini (including backpacks and other bags) and we are 69!!!Our hosts were available by phone or text and very helpful. The air conditioning was a lifesaver give 100 degree days while we were there!

Our hosts Patrizia and were exceptional. They were very easy to communicate with and were great at assisting us with suggestions and recommendations. That unit is very clean and a very tee y nice size.

Patrizia and Stefano are amazing hosts. The apartment was immaculate, very nicely decorated, and perfectly represented a “home away from home” concept. We received a very warm welcome with a bottle of wine and cookies, which was above and beyond expectations. They also had business cards of a variety of local dining options that they recommended. They messaged us a couple of times to see how our stay was going. We loved the hosts, the apartment, and we were very happy with the location.

The apartment was wonderful. Very clean, wonderful hosts, and super location. The local restaurants nearby were really excellent. So many cute places around and easy access to the Boboli gardens. Stefano came to help with our bags when we were leaving and we appreciated it so much! We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for seven days, my son and I.

Stafano and Patrizia were absolutely fantastic. Due to unexpected flight delays, we arrived at the apartment very late and they meet us to help us up the stairs and show us around the beautiful apartment. The apartment is very well stocked with kitchen items and the restaurant recommendations we tried were fantastic. The rooms all had AC which was very nice with the high temperatures when we were there. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family of four.

The apartment was very well maintained and clean. The hosts met as at check in and helped carry our bags upstairs. They were available via text the entire time. They gave us recommendations for taxis and food. We would stay again !!

A spacious and clean apartment near the main city centre. A short walk to a grocery store, restaurants, numerous museums, coffee bars, shopping etc. Check in and out was very easy and we had paid parking for our car. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Stefano and Patrizia were gracious hosts. They met us for check-in and even had the apartment ready early which was so helpful. They welcomed us with a treat as well. The apartment was very clean and bright and located in a nice building. There was a desk next to a window in one of the bedrooms that was a great spot to apply my makeup each morning with a mirrored wardrobe right next to it. Stefano even helped us with arranging a taxi for our early departure day because I was having issues with it. Would recommend and stay again as we hope to revisit beautiful Florence in our future travels.

Patizia and Stefano are A1 hosts. Communication with Patrizia was so convenient and easy and her responses were quick. She helped us with parking and when we noticed that we were in need of a couple of supplies, boom!, they were delivered. Check in was seamless; the apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing is the sofa bed. Well, it is a sofa bed that we used for our young, nimble son. 100% recommend this property for your stay in Florence!
