Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a sitting room. To the outside is roadside parking, garage parking, is available on request, at an additional cost of £25 (privately arranged directly with the owner). A courtyard, and an external utility. Situated in a pleasant setting and close to seaside attractions, Sunvale Road is a wonderful cottage in a vibrant yet peaceful part of England.
