Here you can easily enjoy the beauty of a sunset over the sea, sitting on the terrace with a glass of good wine listening to the breaking of the waves or enjoying a barbeque illuminated by the lighthouse of the island of Aire.

A few steps from the house there is the sandy beach of Punta Prima, shops, bars and restaurants.

The historic center of Sant Lluis, equipped with all services, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
