2 bedroom contemporary holiday chalets situated in our Private Grounds next to our sandy beach and with stunning sea views. One of just 7 chalets on this private site, with a 3 star EnjoyEngland award.
Located in the seaside village of Scratby just 4 miles North of the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth and just 2 miles distant to the famous Norfolk Broads National park. So much to see and do for the whole family in the local area. Within walking distance there is a swimming pool, lovely pub, restaurant, wine bar, Chinese take away, fish n chips take away, bakery, mini market, post office and more.....

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the chalet. It is clean and well equipped for our needs for our stay. The view of the ocean is stunning and had a chance to see the sun rise while sat in the front patio. The beach is just a few minutes walk. Will definitely come back and plan our next booking.

We stayed for four nights location is wonderful gorgeous sea views. Chalet was clean and beds were comfortable, everything you need for self catering is there if you want it, we only did breakfast other than that we ate out or takeaway can highly recommend The local Chinese! Hosts on call if required, but we had no cause to call them as everything was fine. Would definitely go again

We all had a lovely stay the view was amazing especially first thing as I am an early riser I got to see the sunrises over the sea which was something else got a few great photos as well the accommodation had all we needed for our short stay 1 week and was very comfortable. Nice and peaceful which suited us met Louise briefly on arrival who was very friendly all in all a very nice place to stay thank you Alan and family

Best ever location

We liked how the chalets were set in a semi circle with the large grassed area in front leading to the cliff edge with great views. It was very peaceful with plenty of space. The chalets were very comfortable and well equipped, and the owners are very nice.

Loved the location of this accommodation - 6 small chalets, a pine lodge and a detached home on a lovely plot with views over the sea. A great base for exploring Norfolk. Chalet for 4 people is small but well designed, very clean and very well equipped. The outdoor space is fabulous with far-reaching views...

Peaceful getaway!

A small quiet site with outstanding views of the beach and sea. Access to the beach is 5 minutes away. Our dog loved his walks and we frequently saw seals in the water. Our chalet was comfortable with everything needed including a view of the sea.

Really pleasant and peaceful little oasis right next to the beach. Loved the view, loved how easy it was to get to the beach, loved that there were cafes, bakery, pub all within walking distance as well as a little local shop. We were left alone to enjoy our holiday but checked on to make sure everything was okay. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Clean and tidy chalet, had everything we needed for self catering and our stay. Great location on the cliff edge. Access to the beach was a one minute walk away. Local shop and bakery a short walk away. 5-10 minute drive to larger shops and amenities. Plenty more beaches and things to do with within a 1/2 hour drive radius.

We had a fabulous four day stay in a Hickling chalet. We really weren't sure what to expect but we were thrilled with our chalet. There was everything you could want for a comfortable holiday. The view is absolutely stunning, I could've, and did, just sit looking out to the sea. There are a few eating places within walking distance. Thoroughly recommend "Marlow's". All in all a fabulous few days and the weather was great too.

Amazing scenery and lovely visit worth doing!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. Everything was there when we arrived, and the owners were very welcoming, and if there were any problems they were there at the end of a call. We had arrived late and it was dark and the owner had guided us up with no problems we was welcomed with gifts the scenery was amazing and enjoyed our walking and watching the sunset. I will definitely be booking again. very clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. Thank you again to the lovely owners, and it's definitely worth the holiday break if you needed one. 💕
