This spacious first floor flat, in the popular village of Seaview, is just seconds from the beach and only a few minutes walk from the village shops, pubs, yacht club and new community village stores.
The apartment has three bedrooms, (super king double en suite, double and twin room), family bathroom, well equipped kitchen and large spacious living room with dining area and balcony with sea views. The flat is a much loved family holiday home. It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Seaview or wishing to explore the Island. Pet friendly.

Why they chose this property
Delightful family apartment which has been enjoyed for many years for holidays by the sea. Seaview is a special place to stay. The living room in the flat has windows all around which give a great viewing spot of the surrounding area, a fantastic place to people watch!
What makes this property unique
Although a rather unusual building from the outside, the flat is comfortable and spacious. Not perfect or necessarily modern, yet if offers the holiday maker a great space in which to enjoy their stay. It is large and has plenty of room for a family or group of friends who want to stay somewhere close to the beach yet only a few minutes walk from the local restaurants and bar.
