South of Lisbon, in unspoiled nature and facing the sea, with a breathtaking view of Lisbon and the bay of Cascais, with 15km of beach at its feet, our house welcomes you for a stay with many possibilities: relaxing at home between the hammock and the pool, lunch under the pines, aperitif on the terrace at sunset, days at the beach, sports activities (swimming, windsurfing, bike rides, horse riding, tennis, ...), walks in the capital (45 minutes by car) and its surroundings (Cascais, Sintra, Mafra ...), discovery of the region and its riches (fishing port of Sesimbra with its multiple restaurants, Arrabida National Park, Palmela Wine Route). Setubal, monastery of Cape Espichel, Palmela castle, palace and quintas of Azeitao ...), and why not push to Troia and Comporta, the new hidden paradise of the 'beautiful people'.
The house is located in a pine forest, in absolute calm, near the beaches (Praia do Meco, Praia das Bicas, Lagoa d'Albufeira), the village Aldeia do Meco, known for its fish restaurants, and the village of Alfarim, where you can find all the local shops and discover the local products.
It has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed convertible into 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath-shower), a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped, two large terraces, a dining area under the pines, a swimming pool of 12mX3m. There is also a health and wellness cabin with a sauna accessible for an extra fee.
The house is carefully decorated in a contemporary style. It has a quality audio system, satellite television (over 100 national and international channels), and internet. Cleaning service included.

The villa is for rent by the week, for 6 or for 4 people (2500 € / 2000 € Christmas holidays / Easter holidays-Spring, 3000 € / 2500 € between June 16 and September 15, 2000 € / 1500 € the rest of the year)
Possibility of guest room / table d'hôtes exclusively (2 nights minimum), between May and November (125 € per night for 2 people, full breakfast included (fresh juice, hot drinks, eggs-ham-cheese, homemade jams, breads, homemade pancakes / pastries, yogurts ...)
