This smart cottage is situated on a traditional farm two miles from the Devon town of Honiton and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
Swallows Cottage is a welcoming cottage converted from an old barn on a traditional Devon farm in countryside near the town of Honiton. The cottage sleeps four adults and a child in two bedrooms, a double with childs single folding bed and a twin, with family bathroom. On the ground floor is a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and a small lawn across a quiet farm track. Help is also often welcome on the 135 acre mixed farm. Two miles from the interesting old town of Honiton, Swallows Cottage is a friendly base for a relaxing break in Devon. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Bookings starting on any day other than the standard change over day (Friday) need to be confirmed with the property owner before acceptance.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Payphone, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.
