The Old Parlour is a peaceful detached cottage in countryside in the Devon village of Sampford Courtenay. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a downstairs king size and an upstairs gallery children’s twin, with downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a gallery seating area and the open plan living area with seating area, dining area and kitchen is downstairs. Outside are acres of lovely landscaped gardens with two ponds and a brook. Just a short walk from the good village inn, The Old Parlour is an excellent place for a restful Devon break. Note: All bookings must start or end on a Saturday

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome but £10 is payable for the second dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: All bookings must start or end on a Saturday
