This 4-bedroom villa in a quiet cul-de-sac blends comfort with practical style. Picture yourself cooling off in the L-shaped pool after a beach day at Vilamoura, firing up the charcoal BBQ for shaded al fresco dinners, or relaxing with family on the garden loungers. Ideal for families or friends seeking peace, convenience, and Algarve charm.



Step inside to four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms across two floors a ground floor double with shared bath, plus three first-floor bedrooms (one double, two twins) each with private bathrooms. The kitchen offers full equipment and direct BBQ/dining access. The functional living/dining area features cable TV, DVD, 40” LED screen and pool garden doors, along with a basement pool table for fun evenings.



Guests love the shaded outdoor dining with pool view, practical charcoal BBQ setup, and 8×5m L-shaped pool (1-2m depth). Plenty of parking outside the property completes the easy stay.

Lovely Villa, equipped with everything you need. Large pool with comfortable loungers and covered terrace with dinning table. Quiet location, 5 min walk to the Old Village area with restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. 20/25 min walk to Marina. All four bathrooms are modern however two of the shower areas are quite small. Kitchen is missing an oven glove.

Amazing stay for our Wedding

La Villa est agréable ,il faudrait remplacer le réfrigérateur qui est un vétuste et petit . Je vous informe que la caution devait nous ètre remboursée au plus tard le 31/08/2022 à ce jour nous n'avons toujours rien reçu et ce sans aucune raison. Je vous demande de faire le nécessaire auprès de l'agence Seashell ,avant que nous entamons une procédure et que nous alertons les réseaux sociaux . Cordialement

Nice villa in a great location, but would not book again, due to the unheated pool

Having been to Vilamoura last year, and stayed in the private villa next door to Villa Jade we knew the area and location which we really loved. The villa was spacious, fairly clean, but in parts looked very tired and in need of some serious upgrading There was no information informing us that the pool was either heatednot heated. This was a very big let down, as you could not use the pool throughout the holiday as it was absolutely freezing. For the amount of money paid this should be without question, heated, and able to be used. We wouldn't have booked this villa had we known this. Security around the villa was very poor. Unable to lock the patio doors, they were secured by two bits of wood on the runners. Also there is no security round the sides of the villa, hence you could walk down both sides from the road and enter the patio doors at the rear of the villa. From the sunbathing area you are unable to see the patio door entrance for the hedge, so couldn't see if anyone was around. Also unable to open the back door, this is a fire hazard should it needed to have been used

Agradeço o atendimento Por mais que o atendimento do anfitrião tenha sido cordial e prestativo, tivemos problemas na maior parte da nossa estadia Mas tivemos problemas com os equipamentos de ar condicionado que não nos permitiram usar todas as dependências, tendo que dormir em colchões no chão devido ao calor

Belle villa bonne situation terrasse agréable mais quelques petits désagréments. Piscine avec éclairage défectueux wc bouché aucun accueil le jour de notre arrivée . Mais le séjour a était très très agreable et je recommande la villa Jade .

The location of this villa is excellent

The location of this villa is excellent. It’s very quiet but only a short walk from The old village. The villa itself is ok but nothing special, particularly for the price. The garden is lovely though All the internal doors need adjusting as they are very loud and squeaky and some are hard to shut (the downstairs bathroom). The patio doors are very difficult to lock. Many areas are looking a bit tatty It was listed that pool heating was available. It was until after we had booked and paid that we found it that was incorrect. I’ve seen this villa advertised on Oliver’s Travels too and it also says on there that it’s a heated pool.
