Very nice place, perfectly situated, near to the beach. Nice terrace with great view. Host Andrea was very nice and helpful, with good contact, available at any time :) For sure we will vist Montesilvano again :)

Wonderful stay in Montesilvano

The apartment was right by the beautiful beach and also close to the city centre. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and we were very comfortable. Andrea was a perfect host and always available when we had questions.

Very good location

Location is amazing, owner was very responsive with all our questions during our stay. Roof is low, it gets annoying after a couple of days. But nothing we didn’t read about before booking. Again location is great, and owners are very accommodating! Thank you

Good time at the beach

The proprty is very nice, secure and clean. We were there a week and it was a great base for visits we made in Abruzzo and Pulia. The one thing needed in today's world is internet and unfortunately, their's did not work well or at all. Everything else was fine.

Montesilvano stay

Apartment is a nice size, gated parking, clean and newly renovated, and very close to the Beach which was great for us. The ceiling tapers on 2 sides and you can’t help to hit your head as bed pillows and toilet are at lowest ceiling point. I could not use the WIFI at all. It would link up and quickly detach causing me to do my office work from my cell phone.

Posizione ottima in una strada secondaria senza traffico, a pochi passi dal mare. La cittadina di Montesilvano è ricca di locali,ristoranti e supermercati. Casa spaziosa e ben riscaldata.dotazioni essenziali, ma con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Indicazioni per il check-in chiare e semplici. Comunicazioni con l'host molto veloci. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Nette Gastgeberin, gute Kommunikation und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier umd der kurze Weg zum Strand ist super. Unser Higlight ist die Dachterasse von der man auf der einen Seite das Meer und auf der anderen Seite die Abruzzen sehen kann

Dusche war nicht so der Hit. Wasser läuft über auf die Platten.Bei Backofen Benutzung unbedingt vorher Klimaanlagen ausschalten, sonst fliegt die Sicherung raus. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ein Traum und wirklich 50 Meter entfernt vom Strand. Natürlich gibt es hier und da immer etwas, was einen nicht ganz zufrieden macht, aber für die Zeit, nimmt man es gerne in kauf. Die Dusche ist wirklich, wie auch in den anderen Kommentaren, ein absolutes Ärgernis. Aber alles in allem, war es ein schönes plätzchen für die Tage und auch sehr zu empfehlen. Der Anbieter (Andrea) war sehr nett und immer für uns erreichbar, alles lief unkompliziert ab. Kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno Montesilvano

La casa è in una posizione fantastica e mette a disposizione un terrazzo molto bello e molto utile. C’è stato qualche inghippo ma poi tutto si è risolto. Anche grazie alla pronta comunicazione con il proprietario. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un ripetitore del segnale Wi-Fi poiché il segnale risulta un po’ troppo scarso e segnalerei per tutti altezza in certi punti un po’ troppo critica! Le testate non sono mancate.. Nel complesso soggiorno con esperienza positiva , parcheggio auto interno comodO è check in / out perfetto .

Schöne, strandnahe Wohnung

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung. Die schrägen sind bei großen Personen wie mir (1,92) schon manchmal eine Herausforderung aber man ist sowieso die meiste Zeit am Strand 😊, weshalb wir diesen Umstand gerne in Kauf genommen haben. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Reaktionszeiten sehr schnell.

Nous avons trouver cet appartement très atypique, car il se trouve au dernièr étage, il a ete rénové, ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, mais il est fonctionnel, il ne faut pas mesurer plus 1,80m car cela pourrait être désagréable, il est proche de la plage et restaurants, il y a une ligne de bus pour se rendre au centre-ville, si vous êtes en voiture, il y a un parking privé avec portail, ce fût un séjour très sympa

Terrazzo sul mare

Appartamento carinissimo, alla mansarda non manca niente ed è stato un piacere cenare in terrazza. Andrea, il padrone di casa, sempre disponibilissimo; al lido Bagni Sabbia d'Oro (un minuto a piedi data l'ottima posizione della casa) sono tutti gentilissimi a partire dal gestore Paolo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consigliatissimo!

Gute Ferienwohnung

Kurzer Weg bis zum Strand, sonnige Dachterasse. Es ist eine gute Wohnun. Ein paar Küchenutensilien müssen sollten ersetzt werden und die Halterung der Duschbrause muss repariert werden. Andrea hat bei Problemen geholfen.

Altmodisch und defekt statt modern und klimatisiert

Die Wohnung im1. Stock, in der wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, wurde uns angeboten nachdem wir eigentlich die Dachgeschosswohnung im selben Haus gebucht hatten. Als Grund für die Absage der Dachgeschoswohnung wurde angegeben, dass dort eine 5-köpfige Familie nicht ausreichend Platz hätte (nachdem die Buchung bereits besätigt und angezahlt wurde!). Die andere Wohnung war in det Tat größer, allerdings verfügte sie nicht über eine Klimaanlage und entsprach überhaupt nicht der moderenen Ausstattung, die die DG Wohnung (frisch renoviert, neue Küche, neue Badezimmer) versprach. Das Inventar war sehr alt, die Küche klebte, da die Dunstabzugshaube nicht funktionierte, alles war fettig. Die Badezimmer waren ebenfalls sehr alt und lange nicht modernisiert. Ein Toilettensitz war defekt. Aus einem Waschbecken im WC roch es gammelig. Die Rollos von fast allen Fenstern klemmten oder ließen sich gar nicht bewegen. Auf unsere Beschwerde bezüglich der fehlenden Klimaanlage wurden uns Standventilatoren gebracht, die ebenfalls arg in die Jahre gekommen waren. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht, weil statt der schicken eine uralte Wohnung geliefert wurde.

Avevo avvisato questo signore che parla di inganno 6 mesi prima dicendo che l'appartamento recensito in questione non era disponibile quindi aveva tutto il tempo di trovarne un altro, lui ha insistito per un alternativa e gli avevo detto di avere un appartamento più grande ma meno nuovo sicuramente non da 1 stella visto la comodità e il prezzo pagato non mi dilungo oltre con i commenti.

Schöner Urlaub am Strand

Super Lage, sauberes Apartment, eine tolle Zeit in Montesilvano. Einziges Manko ist die Dusche, die für größere Menschen ein Problem sein kann, da die Schräge im Weg ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht immer optimal.

Toller Urlaub

Das Appartment ist sehr schön, das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse von der aus man direkt aufs Meer schauen kann. An die Schrägen muss man sich gewöhnen, vor allem in der Dusche. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, eine Kommunikation ist jedoch nur auf Italienisch möglich. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub!
