Trebbiolo - Apartment in an ancient farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside

Large apartment located on the ground floor of a wonderful and charming farmhouse located in the Tuscan countryside of Mugello, wonderful land of the ancient Tuscan noble families.
The house is located in a dominant position and completely surrounded by nature, far from the traffic and noise of the city, from agriculture and intensive farming, outside the exasperated logic of modernity, suspended between present and past.
The apartment is about 70 square meters and is accessed via a large common entrance with the main part. It consists of a large kitchen with a living room characteristic for the large fireplace, the old stone sink and the original niches in the walls: from here you access the comfortable bedroom and the spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
On the floor above the house we live, discreet and considerate neighbors who love being in company but respect the spaces of others.

We are only 40 minutes from Florence, 25 from Prato, but ....

This is the house where we live, that we love, of which we wish to make available a part, (a completely independent apartment inside the big house)

Here we do not have mega pools extra luxury, but we have a lovely stream where spirits live, happy to be able to talk with the respectful and open researcher; and we have trees, meadows, woods, horses with which we relate daily, but which we keep in a herd, free to live their true essence of horses, and then wild animals in their natural environment
Here everything speaks and communicates, to those who want to listen, great and profound truths.
Even the house, (born as a tower in 1200 and then modified and expanded over time until 1700) is a lively and pulsating entity that interacts without interruption with its guests. A place where time has its own dimension, completely different, like an open space-time, where the guest navigates between past, present and the most "abstract" future.
Everything is still and yet dilated beyond belief, we can enter and exit from size and time; rediscover one's own history, oneself and one's archaic awareness.
Here everything is discovered, and for those who want, deep inner growth.
