Diladdarno - Studio in the heart of Florence

You will be in the heart of Florence, between Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, in a lively district, surrounded by craft shops, cafes and restaurants. Just off the most touristic flows, a studio without Ikea furniture!

The Oltrarno is one of the few areas of the center where the Florentines still live and work. Alongside the craft shops (some could offer you short courses in painting, restoration or kitchen) grew many clubs, pubs and restaurants. Between Piazza della Passera, just below the house, and Piazza Santo Spirito you will surely find where to drink and eat good food without spending too much money.

Although the neighborhood is full of bars and nightlife, the house is very quiet, not facing directly on the street.

The whole monumental Florence is one step: Piazza Pitti, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, Brunelleschi's dome and Giotto's bell tower, the Academy Museum ... Behind, just a leisurely stroll, the Boboli Gardens and Piazzale Michelangelo ...

A perfect spot in Florence

My teenage daughter and i stayed here for a week while we explored Florence and it was just perfect: in the quieter area of the city, very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We walked everywhere. Antonio was so helpful. We'd love to stay here again!

Fantastic little apartment

Antonio was so kind in letting us check in late at night, especially as our plane was delayed. The apartment is located in a great area of Florence, in a quiet beautiful area, but close to cafes, bars, restaurants etc and a short walk across the river to major sites. The bed is

Charming space. Wonderful area just steps away from Pont Vecchio. Lovely dining options nearby. Friendly welcoming host with hands-on approach to questions. Helpful maps and information in the suite. Steep stairs up to unit.

Antonio was a great host! He met us at the apartment for check in, showed us round the studio and recommended things to do in the area. Gave us a map of points of interest nearby. Kept in contact with us to see if we needed anything. There are quite a few stairs to climb, although this means you don’t hear much noise from the street. It is just off a small square which can be quite busy and a restaurant underneath but you genuinely don’t hear much noise in the apartment. Really clean as well, very well presented. The studio itself is very central and a great location for exploring Florence and nearby towns/villages. 15 minute walk from the train station/tram stop which takes you to/from the airport. Plenty of things nearby including restaurants, supermarket, pitti palace (2 mins walk), boboli gardens etc. The studio makes good use of the space and there are lots of rustic but also quirky modern touches. Would highly recommend and will definitely try and stay here if we visit Florence again.

Nice little place at good location

We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights and it was a good experience overall. The place was very clean and all the basic amenities were provided. The location is very close to downtown and everything is at walkable distance. Antonio was very helpful and cooperative. He responded to the messages very quickly. The only hassle we faced was to climb 3 floors of stairs with the luggage as we had 2 large bags. But Antonio helped us carry them up till the apartment.
