Luxurious 3-room apartment (big living room +2 bedrooms), 80 m2 living space, plus big, sun filled 32 m2 terrace, in complex 'Esterel Bay' – 150 m walk to the sandy beach - near restaurants and the marina La Figuerette (where you have the possibility of boat rental). Very comfortable for 6 people.

Air conditioning with SEPARATE TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR EACH OF THE ROOMS (LIVING ROOM AND THE TWO BEDROOMS) "clim multisplit".

Located on 1st floor, south-west corner (moreover, the layout of the building makes it equivalent to 2nd floor!), you have unobstructed view of the pool and complex, sea glimpse and view of the massif of Estérel. Located in quiet, safe complex, with concierge, elevator.
Two (2) indoor garages, big beautiful swimming pools (1 main + 1 children's pool). A very sunny apartment , south-west exposure!

Perfect appartement in paradise

We loved the appartement. We went in July 2024 and we go again in July 2025.When we came in the appartement, we were surpised how clean it was. And the rooms has a lot of space. The location is like paradise. Next to the beach and the pool is very nice.Because we loved it so much, we go again this year.

Unzureichend

Kurz und schmerzvoll. Die Unterkunft ist entgegen den Angaben nicht sauber. Wohnung, Pool und Anlage sind sehr heruntergekommen. Vermieter sitzt in Kanada und ist nicht greifbar. Auf Probleme wird mit Unmut und Beleidigungen reagiert. Auf keinen Fall den gesamten Preis vorab bezahlen, sondern bis zur Sichtung der Wohnung einen Einbehalt vereinbaren! Wir mussten am ersten Tag wieder abreisen und haben keinen Euro erstattet bekommen!

De superbes vacances

Un très bel appartement, très bien équipé : lave vaisselle, lave linge, équipements électroménager, …, très spacieux : une grande pièce à vivre donnant sur une grande terrasse avec vue piscine, dans une résidence de standing, avec concierge et avec parking sous terrain. La piscine et la pataugeoire sont surveillées et avec des sanitaires propres. Très bien situé, dans le massif côtier de l’Estérelle. En traversant la route, on arrive au port : on peut y louer des bateaux, jet ski, canoé, pédalos, avec ces restaurants (mention particulière pour « La Marine ») et au bord de la plage de sable blanc. Un petit commerce de proximité se trouve à 1km. Un service de serviettes, linge de lit et de ménage sont proposés permettant d’avoir des valises plus légères et de ne pas stresser à faire le nettoyage avant le départ ! Le propriétaire et la concierge sont très aimables !

Super séjour au pied de l’Esterel

Appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence bien entretenue. Juste la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage de la Figueirette. Une location que je recommande pour des vacances en famille

We have seen the project 'grow up' from the small scale 'model' phase in 2005, almost complete in 2010 and finished in 2011, to become a luxurious, quiet and enjoyable place where everything makes you feel home!

Walk to the sandy beach!

Sunny, spacious appartement, air conditioning with individual controls in each room, direct access to large terrace from every room, unobstructed view!
For people who want to be in touch: high-speed internet access (incl.Wi-Fi)
Access: garage at ground level,(+ another indoor garage), large elevator make it easily accessible for everyone.
Large, infinite swimming pool (plus additional kids pool)!

What made us stick to this project over so many years, surely enough shall make you come back later! We shall do our utmost to make your stay a memorable one!
