Although located in a new and calm area, this fantastic 6 bedroom / 7 bathroom villa is centrally located only 10 min walk to Albufeira Old and New Town, 3-5 min walk to supermarkets, bus station, fresh fruit, fish and meat market , health center, police station, cafes, restaurants & much more. It has a very large, private pool with an intergrated children's pool. It has a well maintained, front, side & back garden, large automatic car entrance to the side of the villa with cap for up to 3 cars. You will have free wireless internet access and sea views from the back balcony. The villa also boasts new games room for further enjoyment leading directly to a very spacious newly extended covered area overlooking the pool with a built-in coal BBQ with table and chairs for outdoor meals enjoying the sunshine or on those balmy summer nights. Prices stated are for 8/9 persons sharing (please check 'notes on prices' section - for prices for 10-14 persons).
Notes on accommodation: This villa has a bedroom for up to 12 persons and in addition 2 infant cots will be provided on request at no extra cost. (For accommodation for 13/14 persons), the sofa in the living area has a double bed which can accommodate 1 person and an extra double bed can accommodate another person at a small extra cost. Please inquire. There is a safe for your valuables and an alarm system for your safety. Air-conditioning (cold and hot) is provided throughout the villa at no extra cost. The new games room includes pool table, football table, darts game, electronic games machine, exercise bike. Outside: There are 12 sunbeds on spacious patios around the pool, a covered area with table and chairs and built-in BBQ with bench top, plastic cutlery and another fridge / freezer. The pool is private and not heated. It has steps and it's size is 12. 5 x 5 meters with a round smaller pool attached at one end, suitable for non swimmers or children (although it should be accompanied at all times) There will be a new games room for 2011. There is a large car entrance to the side of the villa with remote controlled gates and parking inside the premises for up to 3 cars. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are changed weekly. Maid service once a week for stays of 1 week. 3 times for stays of 2 weeks. Please bring own pool / beach towels. Other: The games room is on the lower floor, leading directly to the B. B.Q and pool area.
Prices notes!
The prices are for 8/9 persons only. An Extra person is £ 150 per week during July, August, September, another months per person extra charge is £ 100 per week.
