This stylish, upside down house in the popular Cornish village of Kingsand has sea views and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

In Kingsand, an 'upside down' little house on three levels with good sea views, snuggled in a row of 18th cent. houses, two minutes stroll from the beach and Coast Path. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms– a twin, and a double with French windows to a tiny courtyard, imaginatively done just for two; ground floor toilet. Smart, roomy bathroom. Up on the first floor there is a light, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with those lovely time-wasting sea views – binoculars provided to observe the shipping which passes. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient. Take a day walking in nearby Mount Edgcumbe’s 800 acres or take the seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth

Very cluttered interior including some items that are useless - iPod dock for example. Radio in bedroom wouldn’t tune so again useless. Only 1 dishwasher tablet left for use which again isn’t very useful.
