This comfortable, pet friendly cottage is close to St Ives and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Boundy's House is a beautifully restored, Grade II listed cottage 3 miles from St Ives. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms and a twin sharing a family bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms, the first has a double aspect, comfy sofas and a chaise longue, the second smaller room has a cosy inglenook fireplace and an open fire. Outside is a large and lovely enclosed garden with a neat lawn, a small pond and a table and chairs. There's also parking for three cars. Ideally placed for visiting St Ives and its many sandy beaches, Boundy's House is a good choice for anyone wanting to visit this popular part of Cornwall.
Amenities: Central heating with open fire. Microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: this cottage has quirky features due to its age and so there are low beams in the living room and some doorways may be a little shorter than average, the stairs are also a little steeper than average and have ropes to hold on to rather than banisters.
