Lovely location and property. Friendly owner nearby. Beds very comfortable. All very warm throughout house in late January and tons of hot water & good pressure. Rear access through boot room and utility really practical for walkers and dog Would definitely recommend the property and consider re-booking ourselves if situation arose. Just a couple of points; suggestions really: Email said owner would meet us with key but actually she didn't, We eventually investigated back door and found it unlocked. No real problem just need to be clearer. Would be useful to have more plates and cutlery to avoid need to put on dishwasher so often or wash up by hand between meals. Also useful to know in advance that single bedroom is accessed through one of the double bedrooms. Worked fine for us with small grandchildren but could be a problem for some gatherings Ignore Satnav directions from Clun. Take A roads to New Invention or Bucknell.

Warm welcome
What a beautiful property in a beautiful location. There is such a warm welcome waiting for you at Lower Hodre. We even had a gluten free birthday cake to welcome us. Everything has been thought of. We were a group of 5 adults, one 6 yr old and 2 medium sized dogs. It suited all of us and the hot tub was the icing on top. Thank you Emma and Pat for helping to make my 60th celebrations very special.
