It offers five bedrooms including a family room sleeping three with an en-suite, a double, a twin with an en-suite and a further twin, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep nine. Also inside there is a kitchen, a utility, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. Note: Many different steps and low beams throughout property, please take care. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Note: Please have dogs on leads at all times. Note: Water supply from a Spring. Note: Please note that the hot tub is available at a supplement of £10 per day. Note: Electric car charging is not permissible at the property. Nearest charge point is at Craven Arms , approximately 20 minutes away
Amenities: Sun trap south facing patio with furniture for evening al fresco dining. Newly refurbished hot tub in covered area . Enclosed lawn. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Please do make use of the dog beds provided in the utility room if your dog is wet and muddy. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub 3 miles.
