The plot of the house has more than 15,000m² of which about 5000 m² are fenced, so plenty of privacy and security is provided. Before the house is a large garden of 1500 m² well-kept green space and comfort. The garden is planted with trees that will provide shade on hot days. There you can relax really well for example with your favorite book.
In the garden center is the beautiful large pool, which is easily accessible via steps. For peace lovers sun beds and umbrellas are set up. An outside shower by the pool and a guest toilet with shower next to the barbecue area are also installed.
Directly across from the pool is the covered barbecue area. In the cozy sitting area under the gazebo you can enjoy with an excellent glass of wine during the food on the BBQ sizzles. On the terrace at the house, which is equipped with comfortable furniture and has plenty of space you will have your best dinner with friends and family.
From the owners, a nice elderly couple, you get the intended one time or another given fresh fruits and vegetables from their own ecologic garden. The two makes it much pleasure to pamper our guests.
The interior is decorated in typical Majorcan rustic style, very well maintained and decorated with love.
On the ground floor right is the living room with comfortable seating, fireplace, air conditioning, flat screen TV (satellite TV German, Spanish, French) and Wifi. On the left side of the dining room is placed the large dining table and chairs where 8 adults have enough space. From both sides you can enjoy the beautiful view in the green and blooming garden.
The large fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc ... Also, from here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the landscaped outdoor area ... .So makes cooking really fun ...
Over a wide staircase with handrails takes you to the upper living area where there are the 3 double bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds, 1 with large double bed) and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms has air conditioning.
The Finca Baix Son Fe is ideally located only 5 minutes from the beach. The excellent transport links allow you fast and easy access to all the beautiful spots of the island. Of course are also golf courses nearby for golf lovers. Hikers and nature lovers come around the object at your expense, the mountains and nature parks are easy to reach.
